Sorry guys about all the questions ive had lately but i have an ass load of them, Im like a sponge just soaking up as much info as i can. This question is weird tho. Ok, the kinetik 1800 i bought from my friend has been in my car (in the rear) for the past couple days and i kno for sure its not running properly, because it wont start my car. Volts on it have been 14 at idle, 13.8-14.3 while cruising. Ive seen it drop down to 13.5 before while cruising and i kno volts jumping up and down isnt good. Well i took it out threw it on the charger about 15 minutes ago and i pushed down on the top of it on accident and it made this weird squealing noise...... Whut is this about? My 2nd question is running multiple batteries in the rear. How should i run them? Say i have 1 batt under hood, 2 batts in the rear. To make this more understandable the batt under the hood will be battery A, the 2 in the rear will be battery B amd C. Should i run 0g from A to B and then another from A to C? or should i run 0g from A to B and then from B run + and - to C? If u dont get whut im saying ill make a little chart on request so thats just my questions. Sorry for the novel too lol. Thanks guys

if im correct which i think i am u wont be able to get 1 ohm out of two subs. its either .5 ohms or 2 ohms. I was having the same problem with mine (2 subs 1 amp)

damn so no matter what it comes out to be .5 ohms on the amp? fuck! i dont want to do that. It wont be exactly .5 it would be like .7 but i still dont want to go under 1 because of the warrenty. Shit i guess im screwed lol

Okay guys i have been wondering this for awhile but have never found an answer or asked it. I have 2 aq15s, 1 aq2200, wired together to 2 ohms. I DONT want to wire it to .5 ohms because of stability problems. BUT i was really wondering if u could wire EACH sub seperately as if u had ONE sub, to 1 ohm, and hooked them up to the same amp, since there is 2 (-)'s and 2 (+)'s. Would that work or would that fail? Lol thanks for the help guys its kinda a dumb question.

the way i have mine set up is i have postive 0 gauge ran from front to back with a fuse between them with the fuse at the front, then i have a ground from the batt in the back to a ground. After that from the 2nd batt to the amp i got positive wire with a fuse in between, and my ground for the amp is hooked to the negative on the 2nd batt. Mine works fine. Try that if everything else is confusing u.

What do u guys think of this alarm system? Does anybody have this system or are they bad systems? My friends looking at getting one and i was jw how good they are.
