ok you guys be unbelievers. ill prove you guys wrong.
Bro if you dont know why you shouldnt por your doors and seal your sub box, then I think you should seek out someone with more knowledge of building a system and ask questions before you haul off and fuck something up.
You seem to have a very good idea of what you want to do, but lack the know how to do it. Spend some time going through all of the different build logs here and you will learn alot. I learned my lessons the hard way and built alot of shit wrong before I learned how to do it right and it cost me a bunch of money in wire and wood. Just do your homework before you start building.
X2.

pulling the fuse is fine. I rarely tape off wires just in case the tapes comes loose somehow. Protecting the remote wire isn't a bad idea although I have never had an issue.

Guessing its a daily beater, and most daily beaters dont use chargers at night.. so the batts will continuously be drained way below what they should be..
I would get atleast 2 270A alts or so, if its a true 10k rms and not that silly 10k max BS..
so im gonna go with teejay with this one
Agreed.

You don't need to fuse the ground "-". You only need to fuse the positive "+" side of the circuit. You NEED a fuse within 12" of EACH battery, the closer the better/safer.

something new ftw!
Pretty much. If I do wanna get rid of it, The Z28 books for 2K more

I would have kept the blazer..just my opinion
After 5 yrs and 20 Grand worth of mods and repairs, Im over it. I loved the truck BUT I wasnt willing to drop another 3-5 grand to finish it. Paint, Rear end, Bumpers, Carpet. I just got bored. The truck took 1st at EVERY show I entered last year but I didn't wanna spend another dollar.

I left the 22's on the truck. I PULLED all the audio, and TV's. Im using the 24" for my PC monitor right now

Hm I think I may have kept the ss blazer over the camaro, especially an lt1. LT1s are dirt cheap (around here) and can be had for around $4k. Either way, looks clean. Any maintenance records of the camaro? And watch for optispark failure, bound to happen with those lt1 engines.
By the way, you driving it through winter?
No records. Engine bay is clean. Runs strong and interior is in great shape. The optispark and water pump look new. less than 1k miles on the top end work so I think (and the kids says) they were all replaced. you can see bright blue and orange gaskets so im pretty sure it was been gone though.

I get FAT hook ups on tires and exhaust. I just cant decide on rims. I kinda like the stockers.
i would of said put new tires on it and fix the exhaust and you have a deal. not worth it straight up trade imo

The Camaro is CLEAN. The blazer had 170K on body 30K on motor, trans, T-Case, and rear axle I had ALL paper work for all mods, Drive train, interior, rims, paint. My blazer was VERY CLEAN. I just wanted something new. The Camaro needs tires, and exhaust is too loud for my liking.

I never thought the day would come. I kept all the audio, video, and batteries. I traded even up for a 1994 LT1 Z28 Camaro with 118K Miles.
Pic's of new car.

A four door blazer has the following dimensions. Roughly. 38 x 30 x 25 including seat lean. The depth shrink quickly after 17 high due to the angle of the rear glass. if you at or bellow 17 you have as much as 35 deep. Ie.38w x 17h x 35d
