I think you have to have a 750 post count to sell here unless you go with the premium and the post count limit is lifted.

Should be fine for under the hood and the voltage looks to be good also.
Sounds like he doesn't know what he is talking about.
He might have mixed up the XP series not being to be used under the hood which would be a bad idea.

Personally i would bend it back and call it day to have an amp that works, but hey that's me.
When you pay a buck a watt then come and complain cause cheap amps are just that!

It gets by everyone cause they don't package it themselves.
It gets packaged at the manufacturers site and shipped off with bent product or not, and then it goes out to a customer to find out it is defective in some way mechanically, electrically or cosmetically, there's not much a company can do but either tell a customer to return it or use it.

If it turns out you hadn't payed for the first one you ordered then simply order one more and you should be good to go.

What pisses me off is when I start looking into things and I see people who are trying to be helpful and friendly to the dirt bag in question. That really pisses me off.
I'd want to bitch slap someone i found helping some lowlife douchebag thief.
So glad i can't find out or i would air their asses out for doing it.

Turn em in to the PD and make a report, at least have it on record that these two scum bags will get whats coming to them sooner or later.

Often times anymore i just use the internet unless the local shop has what i need and would rather pay the price for it right now rather than wait the extra couple of days for it to be delivered. Later this year i want to get another set of Hertz hsk speakers for the car and like you it is an 80 mile drive to the nearest location, but the closest store is Collection Auto Group which would be a pilgrimage anyway to see all the badass rides he has there.

Most either use firefox or chrome now instead of IE.
IE has been to buggy for me to use so i switched years ago to chrome and have not looked back.
