OMG i wanna see this thing!

I havent made a police report yet. No i do not have the cereal numbers. The woofers were BNIB still in the plastic. I only pulled them out of the box to test the ohm of the coils. Like i said thou they are the only DC woofers around here im like 99% sure of that. I've never seen any others... I swear if i see these woofers in a car anytime im going to have them pulled out and returned to me at gun point.

Yeah im definitely going to keep my eyes open. As far as i know i am or was the only person in my town with DC audio subs. So....should be easy to find id think. I have the invoice still too. Just sucks these subs technically belong to Rusty and Ana. This just plain sucks ass. I saw that they were gone last night so i figured fedex picked them up and things were all good. now this...Fawk!!

True story skittles. I just feel like ive been given the shaft hard core! and im not sure what to do about it.

I agree, the biggest problem is I was sending these back to Ana and Rusty. They have been so good with customer service and helping me get exactly what i want. And some punk has to go and jack the subs i was sending back to them. Gawd people piss me off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know that but ive never had this happen before, live in pretty mellow neighborhood. Have stuff from fedex and ups all the time. Im really freaking out about this. i should have dropped them off at a fedex location i guess. I just didnt think anyone would mess with them. I mean ive had cars in the driveway over night windows down whatever. no one messes with my stuff. Also they leave packages at my door all the time, no one touches them. i work less than a block away too. FML

Ok so i hate to randomly rant on you guys but this is car audio related and im really freaking out about it. I sat out four sub woofers Tuesday morning around 845am. Fedex ground were supposed to pick them up to ship them back to DC audio. I received a notice from fedex when i got home from work, call the number and they tell me they went by my house and there were no packages there to be picked up! I dont know if someone if fucking with me at fedex or if they were stolen or what! im really freaking out! Was 2 level 3 15s and 2 level 4 18s!!!! What do i do?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

yessir i am, i think the rear of them are very similar thou. If you look at it you'll get the idea, all has to be behind the rear seat. The 2 level 3 15s, two yellow tops, and the two amps lol. its a lot to stuff in a small spot.

yeah i thought about doing a drop rack (meade style) but i got the batteries to fit, not much extra room at all but they do fit. One amp is 30" long and the other is 17". So im just not sure where to put them. no room on the back or sides of the box, some room between the seat and box. Since the seat is at an angle and the box will be 90 degrees. Im going to measure tonight and see if they will fit there. Seems im short on room everywhere lol

well theres not much to look at yet, i dunno how fast im gonna be able to get this done with all the family stuff going on. i dont wanna post one pic a week lol. i should have one started this weekend. Have a few pics already. My only problem i have right now, is where to put the amps. im out of room. the batteries are on each side of the box, but im lost as to what to do with the amps. running an AP3k and an AP2004. any ideas?

hmm...alright. Im going to finish running the knukonceptz wire tonight, and begin the floor and battery mounts. box should be started by Thursday or Friday. ill try and get some pics up this weekend, if this computer will let it happen that is lol.

ok so im workin on this integra (1995) and im getting down to building the box for it. Need some advice from all you Bandwagoneers. Using two level 3 15s D2s. Box is 6.2 cubes after sub displacement. im wondering what you guys recommend for port area? Wanting to tune around 32 hertz. How many inches of port do these woofers like? Any help would be great. Ive been taking pics so ill be posting them soon

yeah she does lol. shes on top of things, every time i emailed she is very fast to respond to them. Wish more companies would take some notes from these guys!

So i know this is said a lot but i wanted to express how great the customer service at DC is!My order was on time and fast. Im a supervisor at Oreillys in our customer service department and I just wanted to say that the level of courtesy at DC is top notch. They have made a lifetime customer of me. The first one was definitely the best. Theres a guy ive done some body work for who owns a few of the stunt cars from this movie. Ill be watching it but its not a must see...lol

I will for sure be posting pics of the build. Im going to have two optima yellows in the back also. probably in the spare wheel well, i may have to recess the floor a bit but thats fine. i would like to do subs up port back but im not sure how that would sound since the gap between the roof of the hatch and the top of the box would only be a few inches? does that make sense? lol

Yes sir, behind the seat, i can use the entire "trunk" area thats not a problem. But ive gotta put a car seat in the back seat so...If you could throw out some ideas that would be great. Im not really going for numbers, i just want it to move some air and get as close to a hair trick as i can lol. Thanks!!!!!! That integra is crazy BTW

That thing looks sick!!!!! The only thing i have to do differently is mine has to be behind the rear seat. Gotta keep the back seat, its the daily and my son would be wouldn't understand if he didn't get to ride with daddy lol.

About the max i have is: 35" wide 17" tall 28" deep, <thats max thou Like i said before DC level 3 15s (2) and will be running about 900watts each to them. Alright SMD i just got a 95 integra, for a daily driver. Ordered my DC level 3 15s, they will be here tomorrow. Got my wire coming from KnuKonceptz also. Should be starting this build sunday. Anyways ive not done a set up for an integra yet, so im asking you guys, what style of box works the best in these style cars? Im wanting to do the subs firing up, but should the port go out the rear of the box? or vented out the top firing the same direction of the subs? also if its firing up where should the port be? front or rear? If any of you guys have any experience or just wanna throw your $.2 in please feel free. Thanks!

I agree, most bags you only want about 1/2" of thread down in the bag itself. If you can tell us the exact bag your using im sure someone can find some manufacture's specs....

yeah i think i would like to keep the subs closer together, port on top or bottom. I tried to download the torres calculator but my computer here at work sucks and wont allow me to. Im pretty excited to start on this build. Not sure what im getting myself into. subs should be here mid next week, so a trip to lowes is in order next weekend

So you guys think 12 cubes after displacement, 192 total square inches of port, and the vote thus far is port in the middle? maybe im crazy but that sounds like a small port lol Anyone wanna sketch up a box for me? only have llke 42" of width and 30" of height to play with, depth is flexible.... So is that 16"square for the entire box or just the one sub at 6ft cubed?

Im not sure if i have the surface area of the wall to do the port in the center...but ill measure it out. Well the AP3k that im using now was clamped at 1507 & 1522 per channel at 1 ohm last season. i have plenty of electrical, well for that amp that is lol. They are dual 2s. The subs already shipped, kinda working on a bit of a budget, but i think the subs will hold up, i wont be daily beating them anyways. Thanks guys keep em comin!
