  1. There will be vids dont worry its a small car with lots of bass. Smaller the better! Ive got the rear battries to mount also dynamat the boot and boot lid main priorities. Oh and ive ordered a Kinetik HC2000 for the front which am looking foward to putting in and putting it through some testing!!! People over here say KICKER SOLO X are the worst subs to go for and dont get loud :D
  2. Yeah well i got to give it some strength on the sides but there isnt much room to play with the boots shallow am squeezing 2 Solo X and it weighs loads once there in with the MDF i have to rasie the coilovers right up but when i put the box and subs it back to slammed again lol
  3. Ive started a new box for my solo x's and ive made the port as it was before and putting it in the middle but i might change it to full length of the box across so the subs are split from each other as this port allow 1 inch gap either side. My system contains 2 x 12" Kicker solo x and a mtx thunder series 4000d run at 1 ohm, followed by my KQ9 equalizer by Kicker. I got quite alot done on the build yesterday box is nearly built but as for the resin is takes ages to complete as every angle needs to be done for major strength and to seal it. Ive got the Port complete sprayed it black before i install it into the box so it looks dark into the box alongwith the floor which also sprayed black. Next thing is to screw and glue the bottom along with resin the bottom also, create another top piece flush to the side of the c pillars and cut it bigger than the diameter of the subs so theyll be flush mounted once in. I also making sides for the box so its flush all the way round to the boot of the car and ive got a little trick to do on the front of the box when its comes to fabrication process.
  4. Extra battries / H/O alt way to go buddy, caps arnt suficent enough for the amount of strain if your running lots of watts. People who say caps, way to go normally dont know what there talking about i can go alot deeper into it but i dont think there any need too. Kinetik i would although me and my mate have just purchased some from the US ive been using yellowtop and slowly moving to kinetiks i would like to see if they do help with voltage drops as much as they say test begins i suppose.
  5. I though id drop him a message regarding his 182db... Dear helenwallstp, LOL RETARD 182dB THE LOUDEST IN AMERICA IS 180dB LOSER LOOOOOOOOOOL - knowcab Got a responce... Dear knowcab, here tell ya what pal go fuck ya mum it's obvously what ya best at freak! - helenwallstp LMAO!!!!

  9. I dont know by look of that it proberly something stupid
  10. My yellow top is brand new, and look whats happened i think its spiked my ECU and fried it when i put a fuse in for the ECU it just blows it. I put my car on Diagnostic and the vag-com says Fault code - 'System High Voltage' Think i might just put it in the trash and just get a kinetik and now a new ECU.
  11. Now this is the van to role up in and pick your kids up with your dad drives a crappy van, until you put the audio on That van is one of a kind!!!
