need triangle woofers!
-
honestly im very impressed with the w7 woofers. i think they really get a bad rap because of how much JL wants for them. market this as a $300-400 sub and people would have a different attitude
-
i already have the amp. and one level 4 15 thats dual 2. just bought a magnet on caco and am gonna just build another dual 2 because its more cost effective. ive been pushing my 18 pretty hard with this amp and know when to turn it down or if im pushing them too hard.
i guess this is just one of those things that im gonna have to try and see the outcome. ive seen a pair of level 4s with the level 5 coil run on a dc 5k at 1 ohm. i think they will take the power, but it will be a lot
-
I'm gonna have a pair. So 6 cubes total. If I end up reconing again I'm getting level 5 coil upgrades. But for now I want to make them last. I've got plenty of room for an enclosure
Forgot to mention these are 15s***
-
I'm gonna be running a pair of dc lvl 4 m1's on a saz 3k at .5. I'm not worried about electrical. For an enclosure I was shooting for 6 cubes net, 100 sq in port tuned mid 30's.
How well do you think these will take it? Amp is set with dd1 using -5 tone
-
go dual 2 then and amp will see .5-.7 wired in parallel. that'd be a safer bet anyways man
-
Flip it onto its face and I believe you will find 4 maybe more silver phillips head screws holding the front on. They will most likely be in a recessed channel but be visible once you flip the amp over. May need to use a P1 phillips to remove them

habin a good easter getting my muh fuggin drink onnnnn!!! haha hell ya\
-
High amperage alternators will suck up hp because they take more effort to spin. The weight and extra strain on alt with cost you mpg. Prolly not too much honestly. I have close to 300 lbs added to my explorer with same mpg
-
This should be a good swap with my saz 3k. Maybe two....
-
looks like your close to finished. Orionstang is doing a wall in a new mustang too
-
I was reading the article then read about the transparent screen app, now I have it lol pretty badass
-
With those options I'd go for the Rockford woofer. The shop I work at has carried/installed most of those. Not the mtx or fli woofer, but the Rockford stood out among the three we've sold. Good luck
-
Great.... I've already got a tight flush mount so it should be interesting lol
-
Damn lol that is deceiving.
-
Basically what the title says. What's the weight of these? They don't look as heavy but looks can be deceiving, just want to know out of curiousity cuz ill prolly be buying one soon.
-
he joined yesterday lol. but its good to see soundman over here. ive been watching their show for a long time. im waiting to see spoon at their new shop in florida or wherever, it was too bad to see allyn go but you gotta do what you gotta do
-
no way that person survived.... holy shit....
-
ill admit that i have left gag reviews on their equipment lol

is the lcd fine? i believe these are similar to the iphone 3gs as far as screen replacement. ive done a few iphone repairs and so far the only ones that suck are the original iphone because all the "guts" of the phone are attached to the screen whereas the others the screen and lcd are relatively easy to replace. i have ordered all my replacement digitizers and lcd's on ebay and my only complaint is that the ebay lcd's have a yellowish hue to them vs the bright white of a "stock" iphone. and buy from a us dealer and youll have it within a week vs 2-3 weeks.
once you have the screen you can prolly find a tutorial on youtube. just follow that closely and youre gonna have no problems. good luck man.

Was just playing with fader on head unit the guy that installed my stuff has the both lefts front and rear briged to 2 ohm and the same on both rights in a two channal amp.
unless you have the same speakers (brand/model/size) front and rear this is a bad idea. if you have different front speakers then the rears you should put both fronts on one channel and both rears on the other, otherwise different dynamics of the speakers can damage something.
-
what kinda port did you use? ive had plastic flare ports do this to me before... most annoying thing ever. i put a piece of carpet under the lip in the box and presto no noise
-
i read some of the comments, and i think it could be fake. now im NOT a gun expert nor claim to be. but watching the whole video, everytime he fired the sound was immediately heard. when he looked down the barrel and it fired you saw the hat fly off then heard the sound, this caught my attention the first time i watched it. ive watched it a couple more times and still think it could be fake. i just cant imagine being that close to the barrel and having it fire, especially a shot gun and still be walking. the hole in the hat would be easy to fake, just shoot it close range.
imo.... fake.

wow.... im surprised with that much power it still only has (4) 8 gauge outputs.... i would expect AT LEAST (4) 4 gauge outputs from this....
