    Yes either you'll be bound to inboard fuses on the amp or an inline fuse. I learned this one the hard way as a Noob i had no idea. After the first event I dropped 1 class and could even drop another if I want to any time.

    Since you are running you substage from your highs amp you will be required to use the fuse rating of that amp. With a 15" sub the fuse ratings are as follows: for the following fuses 35 amp , 80 amp, 180 amp. Note you'll have to play music also. Fuse x18 sub size total 350 177 527 800 177 977 1800 177 1977 Classes as1 0-550 as2 551 to 1000 as3 1001 to 2000 Therefore for you to place in as2 you need an 8o amp fuse. As3 180 amp. A competitive score in AS2 140 to 145 A competitive score in AS3 142 to 150
