i like where this is going , do you have any bracing, and im curious to see what kinda numbers your gonna have. tuned in for sure.
-
on the relay it goes like this 86 87 ground together, 30 goes to green parking brake wire from cd/dvd player, 85 to your remote wire on cd/dvd player, and you do still have to hit the ok in the corner of screen, also theres 2 differnt types of ipod cables ones for audio only and theres another for audio/ video, think the part number is cd-iu50v
-
interface is only needed if you wish to keep chimes and steering wheel radio controls, you could just get a wire harness for your vehicle if you dont care also this is how the relay gets hooked up for video so you dont have to have it in park to watch vids

i got this 4300 deck last year last , and havent had a problem yet,i will point out several things needed to know, i have a 07 trail blazer so i also had issues with finding a 12volt acc wire, what i did was removed a few trim panels and pulled the carpet back and ran a wire from the fuse box to the radio, for a few dollars you can buy a( add a fuse adapter) and some heat shrink, you will spend less than 10 bucks on it and it will be solid, no shoving wires or wrapping them around fuses, also the 4300 comes with an ipod wire kit but it does not play videos, so if you plan on watching vids through an ipod you will need to get the recommended version, last but not least is its a bit different when it comes to watching vids if you plan on bypassing the brake/video wire you will need a relay, some one hear in the head unit section has already posted a how to on setting up the relay, works perfect, there are several ways mentioned in that post i cant remember witch one i used but a little reading and im sure youll find the right one. hope this helps out some.

short cut to one of the read ups,http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/126478-basics-of-a-4th-order-bandpass-enclosure/

yeah those subs recommend 1.00 ft^3 sealed -- F3 of 44 Hz* For SQ and space limited applications per sub, thats from the sundown sight, i have read here in the forums from more expert installers, that usauly they would have the sealed up side a little less than recommended, but 1.28 for both seems too small to me also as these fellas have pointed out, most are usually tuned in the 40s, thats all gonna be up to you in the end, my only advice would be to read more in depth, theres a ton of info in the subwoofer/enclosure section about 4th orders, the more you read the more you'll be able to figure out what will fit your needs.also theres alot of info on the whole ratio thing about spl /daily applications, happy reading

get your money back and go look somewhere else, you dont want to get stuck with a lemon, that many issues and you havent had it that long yet, cant be good.

check your wires and stuff make sure you havent missed anything, call them up maybee they can help trouble shot , or offer an explanation, ive ordered amps from them also, i gotta say it was packaged pretty damn good came in original box , and was placed in another box lots of bubble wrap in both boxes,i have no complaints at all, ill purchase from them again as far as the v.2 appearance i think they send even the older ones out with the newer heatsink design.

imo posting it was just another way to keep the fight going, i wasnt saying it was internet bullying , i wanted it removed for a few reasons, they where friends befor this happened, i hope they can still be friends afterwards, and it was kids like this one prevoking them that got them to fight , my goal was to defuse any ongoing battle between these 2, also hes my son, theres nothing that can justify 2 kids fighting for anyones enjoyment.
-
hopefully this kid cant find another way to post this, again i want to thank all of you, i really cant say enough.

yeah it was at school, when i called up there to talk i got a answering machine, so i went up there to talk to someone and seems all the people i need to talk to are gone. and im not upset about them fighting , shit happens, this other kid though posting it, seems to me hes just adding fuel to the fire, kids like to do that he said she said crap, and i want to stop it befor something bad comes out of it.
-
i dont want to post it , to me its just a school yard fight, no winner, just the fact this other kid is trying to get his view count up. has got me pissed, posting it would just give this kid satisfaction and more views, so i flag it as inopropreate, marked it as youth violence, and ill be talking too school admin tommorrow,

diffinitly do the big 3 in 1/0, and start saving for another battery, when buying a battery wether or not you can afford a kinetic or xs or any other brand, make sure its agm, it will take the abuse better than a standard battery, when i did the big 3 on my tb i left all + and - original wires hooked up to the battery and added my 1/0 wires where they already exsisted, my ground for my amp is, from the chassi to my rear battery to my amp, then, if you had the money for wire it could be ran from the front battery to the rear battery all your choice. the more serious you get the more you will do just to satisfy yourself,i have very little dimming and i drop into the high 12's, hope this helps out. as always alot of us get impatient and go and buy stuff for the moment, take your time and buy whats going to make you happy in the long run, i believe youll be alot happier if you saved for a better battery.

its a funny thing , because alot of people really think that it should be loud as soon as they turn it up, i laugh when people say i only got it on 20 out of 40 and its so loud, not realizing the damage their doing to their equipment,

i have seen this happen when the sub is going below box tunning and theres no subsonic control set on the amp, does it happen on all music, is your box ported, and what is it tuned to , also do you have a subsonic filter? could posibly playing a frequency a good bit below box tuning.
