as recommended by FI, 12 to 16 inches of port per cubic foot, for 12 , 15 and 18 inch btl's....i read up on it at their home site
-
You need around 12 inches of port per cubic foot,in other words if you got 6cubic feet after displacement, you would need around 72 inches of port opening,

i have a 2002 impala 3.4 and just recently got 2 qoutes for a complete overhaul, seals, bands, programing, the whole works and both were right at 1600 bucks, luckly it wasnt the problem, turned out to be my catylitic converter clogging up, cuase it to shift bad and run like dookie, changed it my self for less then 400, might want to put it on a machine and see what codes its throwing, and go from there. good luck bro

all i can say is wow, its hard to find a good quality wire to match any of the more superior brands, espeacily at these prices, not to mention the price difference with the discount on bulk buy, it beats the other brands. it even claims to be able to with stand the same amparage load as alot of the other brands. ill deffinitly have to check this out on my next build.

i have an older 1000 1.d and have had the same problem, i attempted to repair it my self, i have some skills in soldering and knew of place to get the parts, when it came down to it my caps were fried several mosfets and some other parts, spent maybbe 13 bucks on all the parts, when i got to the end theres a module board in there that needed some repair also i attempted to fix it seem to have went well, all in all i failed , needless to say everything from a visual perspective looked new, should have kicked on, but no thats not the case, with out an oscope and the right knowledge to diagnose problems unseen, its a lost cause, being those amps dont cost very much it wasnt worth the money to have it shipped and repaired, would have been more than the amp was brand new, it just an opinion but its most likely time to purchase a new amp. good luck

looks like 2 of the pullys arent even being used with the new belt, probably the wrong belt, just my opinion though ,, good luck
