    i have one these great woofers and if anyone else has one they should know that the dustcap is squishy. one night my father decided e should punch it cause he was mad and it just went down... now its just flat any ideas on how to suck it back up? i have tries shop vac vaccum and plunger wit no luck.

    clippin is where the sound wave squares off at the top. it also means ur gains are set to high on your amp. i recomend goin to ur shop nearby and ask them to o-scope it.

    well im thinkin i wanna do a wall in my gp and i wanna do lvl 4 with 5 coils or just xl's. amp will 2 aq 2200ds probly that or a saz2500d. anyways i have a hdc3 copper coil 15 and im wanderin if it could be reconed into a dc lvl 4 xl or with 5 coils. thinks it is possible?

    you could do the street duty aq's on a 1200d. i bet they'd still beat the tpye r's by a fair shot.

    yeah but the reason i want it is because at around .93ohm at 11.3 volts i believe it makes power. that amazes me.

    ^^ not really. maybe rockford or DAT but i doubt it. thats why im buyin sundown.

    x2 on that. if so im sellin my aq and buyin right away. Edit: also would it be better to run .5 ohm nominal? it'll be closer to a 1ohm load then a 1ohm nominal so therefor more power right?

    2 aq sd 15's 500 or so aq 1200d 290. Box for 100$ if u do it extreme. Roughly 310 left for electrical. Could be more depending on ur box.

    i get you ther but if i were you i honestly would look into aq hdc 18's they can take 2000 all day no problem and they are like 350 instead of 500. im pretty sure i watched a vid somewhere that they are as loud as a btl until u go past like 3000 watts
