I had that problem before it turned out my sub blew on me take the subs out and push them to see if they move back and forth or take the wires that go from the subs to amps unhook them from the amp put the wires in a drill battery if the subs pop in and out then your subs work if they don't then your subs are blown

ok i have a 1999 vw passat after i was in a wreck my check engine light came on 2 to 4 weeks after. and i took it to the dealership to see why. they told me i have low voltage and i had a under sized battery. which i have a batcap 2000 under the hood. which can handle a 1000 watt amp and my 1/0 awg wires when i don't even have the fuse hooked up and my eq so i called a stereo shop and they said it sounds like a bad alt so i took to one alt shop and told me they would have to take my alternator out which would take 3 hours since it's on the bottom of the car. but my battery never died on me and i took it to auto zone they said my battery is good. but my alternator is bad so a few weeks later i took it to have retested and now they say it works fine. but now my check engine light will come on then a week later turn back off. what do you think the real problem is.

I know that alot of people on these forums are strangers to each other. All of us have made a great deal of friends through our car audio ventures and met some really great people. Many of you may or may not know Terry and Miranda Jackson, but they are really great people and good friends of mine. Terry used to work for RE and competed for many years and Miranda also competed for a few years as well. Today they found that Miranda has been diagnosed with Stage II Mediastinal Large Cell Lymphoma. This is cancer on her heart. It breaks my heart for something like this to happen to such a great person. Miranda is in the hospital and starts chemo tonight. Please pray for her if you can and help her pull through this. I will be making a trip to see her this weekend along with William Collier and we are planning to put some money together to help them through this. At this moment, Terry does not even have a cell phone to contact anyone and cant afford to get one and also they need some help because neither is capable of working right now while she is going through this. They have 3 daughters and I wanna help as much as I can. No one has to donate and they dont even know I am doing this. If you are capable of sparing anything, and I mean anything, then it will go to a good cause and be greatly appreciated. I really do mean anything cause every little bit helps and a little from a few people can turn into something big. yey when i ran 2 kinetik 2400 and a stock alternator and got about 14.4 volts when i did not have the system up and i don't remember how many volts i got when i had the system

yey i would defiantly get a voltage meter i use a stinger voltage meter and a xstatic batcap battery charger it could not hurt to get a ho alternator and high end charger

if he does not know about the motor i would not get it or he does and he trying to rip you off

i just bought a cage for my alpine from them i ordered it on a Monday got shipped out the next day and got it in the mail Friday or Saturday i'm very pleased i will order from them in the future

well i have the alpine cda-9851 with ipod interface and i have the 160 gb the only problems is when i scroll through artist not all them appear but if a set it to shuffle songs or i put scroll through my artist on my ipod that does not show on my deck and i connect it it works fine but also let say your ipod is dead well if you plug it in it's not gonna start up at all but if i have juice in it will charge but also if you get a nano or touch it does not charge while pluged in and the other thing about touch when you plug it in the alpine and the artist and song does not display on the ipod touch screen

i be honest i think jvc is garbage i would go with a alpine or pioneer
