  1. Well here is a suggestion but I had to change a bit your dims:

    Enclosure Specifications:

    Fb = 35.4 Hz

    Vb = 11.85 ft^3

    External Height = 25 in

    External Width = 44 in

    External Depth = 29 in

    Port Height = 4 3/4 in

    Cut Sheet List:

    * All Dimensions in Inches.

    * Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

    External Enclosure Parts:

    2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 44 x 29

    Left & Right Sides = 27 1/2 x 22 3/4

    Front & Back = 44 x 22 3/4

    L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

    Front to Back = 21 3/4 x 42 1/2

    Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

    Don't do the flush mount shown.

    Any changes comments or questions, let me know.

    this is enough for me thank u
  2. I think what the OP is asking for is to help the design of the box that would have a port like that to his vehicle. As in "The subs I'm using are this, can someone design me a box or help design one with these measurements and the port look like that." I'm sure he doesn't want THAT EXACT box. He wants that box, but built to his subs and his car measurements so a smaller scale. But maybe I'm wrong.

    thank u idk where he gets that i want the same box
  3. y not build the box to your subs. not copy a box made for something else

    im not gonna copy the box i just want to make a port like that one. for example if ur port is like someone else's port . does that mean u coped his box??? i know u and other 100 people have the same port
  4. why do you want the same? and i dont know if it will fit

    because looks nice. somthing like that for my measures

    torres box calculator. but if you're looking for a box to build and want someone to make it they'll need to know your subs displacement, and how many there are.

  5. thank u thats what i need some tips

    Just make sure you compensate for the blade before you cut, take your time with your cuts. It may be a pain in the ass going slow with wanting to hear them but you'll thank yourself when you go to put the pieces together.

    What I do, is just make the first marks for how long/wide the pieces need to be cut, starting the lines with a 90 degree angle ruler, then finishing off the lines with a 4ft leveler.

    All you really need for basic boxes is a skil saw for all of the cuts, and a jig saw for cutting the mounting holes. As I said though, have to have a steady hand, and take your time! That is the most important part. Measure twice, double check your measurements, cut once!

    im just gonna need the skilsaw cuz i got a router with a circle guide for the mounting holes
