the guy was deff stressing the fact to use the stock pully.
If it was putting out any power at all i think that id be seeing it at 3000 rpms?
I called yesterday but the guy who made it wasnt in. The other guy was talking about changing the internal regulator from 14.3 to 15 volts
but i dont think that is going to change anything.
Im gonna go in this weekend and get him to check it out worst case scenario im gonna try to get my money back.
i recently bought what was suppose to be a 240 amp alternator from a local manufacturing company.
I put the new alt in and i have been seeing absolutely no improvement in voltage drop.
I know my amps arent drawing over 200 amps.
The only thing i can think of is this alt. deff isnt putting out anywhere near 240 amps?
if you had all the dimensions maxed and used aeroports with rod bracing to take up the least space internally,
it could MAYBE happen... lol
It would be tough, but your girlfriend would be one of the few with 18"s in the trunk
