Thanks a lot for the input man, i fucking hate not knowing how to use a sketching program, i´ll have to learn hehe, anyways, i still don´t know how i´m gonna mount the subs yet, it´s a trunk car, i have two options , mounting them on the "floor" of the box just like rival´s design, or, getting them on the back of the box with a vertical port on the center of the car, i can´t get the port on the driver´s side because this car is gonna compete on bass race, and over here, we bass race with driver´s door open. If the sealed chamber it´s on the back, i guess i´ll have to mount them on "zig zag" , i´ll take care of that later, first i want to be sure on the measures , i actually want to build a flat wall because of the space, but he wants something different tho.

Hey guys, i don´t know how to use any sketching program or anything but it´s ok, i just want you to check the size and ratios of a 4th order i´m designing for my friend´s nissan almera, i´ve designed and built lots of boxes before, and also, a few Bandpasses but nothing major, i just want to double chek with you guys, few heads thinks better than one Anyways, the box is for 4 Digital designs 2515 , it´s gonna use about 6000 watts, we don´t know yet. 3:1 RATIO 24 cubic feet after displacement. 6 cubic feet the rear chamber, 1.5 cubic feet per each 15" sub 18 cubic feet the front chamber with 370 SQ of port , 20 SQ per cubic feet tuned @ 45 hz This is meant for hairtricks, demos and daily listening, maybe i´ll build another port for comps, don´t know yet, but main goal with this design it´s to have a very good musical box that still scores a nice number Sounds good? any comment, opinion and advice are welcome, i don´t wanna mess up and lose tons of money and time building this hehe, cheers!!!

Well, you don´t need to start anywhere hommie haha, you said biggest you can get it´s 14SQ per cubic feet on your desire tuning frequency, that should play VERY nice, i haven´t heard a single box and sub that suck ass with that amount of port area, now, going by aeroports or slot port depends on you my man, i love them both

Very nice responds from everybody, yes i´ve tried the whole xmax formulas and let me tell you, i prefer going by trial and error, just get a big ass port and start shrinking it until you find the sweet spot, my DD 2512´s have a big xmax wich results on a big port?? well, that´s according to formulas, but in the real live i got something way different, of course, every system and car it´s different, but hey, i ended up with 16 SQ per cubic feet, while my 1510´s sounded better with 18 SQ per cubic feet and a smaller xmax haha, or better yet, when i tried a single 3518 (same xmax than the 2500 series) i ended up with 20 SQ per cubic feet ON AEROPORTS!!! Anyways, that´s why we love car audio

Guys, i found it haha, no problems there, but i pick the exact spot where i want to get the tone and it always goes to the beggining of the song, i try to drag the tone to the moment of the song where i want it to be and it doesn´t let me do it, WTF??? i know i´m a noob and that´s why i´m watching vids on youtube, but everyone seems to do it the same way i´m doing it, big difference is that they don´t have problems getting the tone wherever they want and i do, what am i doing wrong?

Hey guys, quick question for the people that uses this program, i downloaded yesterday and started to watch some vids over youtub, i´ve learned a few things already and the program seems to be pretty fun, anyways, watching at bassadict channel he made a vid on how to generate a tone of your desire frequency on the song, i follow every step right (i think) , i generate the 33 hz tone and amplify it to -5 dbs so it doesn´t get louder than the mids and highs, well, as soon as i generate the tones, the mids and highs shut and you can just hear the bass, wtf??? can anybody help me over here? i must be doing something wrong!! I´m pretty sure i´m substituing (hate my english hehe) the song for just that tone, i can see on his vid that he has the song two times, i don´t!

Well, what subs are you using?? my 1510´s had a big ass xmax, the bigger the port the louder they got everytime, my daily port had 14SQ per cubic feet and the comps port had 18SQ per cubic feet if i remember correctly.

Here are my old ports for 3 DD 1510´s , smaller daily port it´s 38 hz tuning and bigger port for comps wich use to be 51 hz, they worked awesome for more than a year

Don´t understand why making fun of him really, PM you available dimensions and kinf of music you like, i used 15" comps back home and they sounded really nice for the price.
