i built a box for 2 3512´s one time, 2.25 cubic feet per sub and 14SQ of port per cubic feet, damn that thing pounded HARD! even tune low hit 146 dbs out of a kicker zx2500.1 and i´m not even a good box designer, i can´t imagine how they could play in a better box! i love double D

Well, i did it like that, 2 runs of + and 2 runs of - from front battery to the first battery on the back, from that one to the next one, and from there to the amp. My batteries are one on each side of the box so i couldn´t get a battery bank with some buss bars, but they are working great!!

Hey dude, i use that same amp in my car, my stock alt use to be 70 amps and upgraded to a Nissan´s Versa alt (140 amps) , i only have a Kinetik HC1800 under the hood and i don´t get below 13.8 volts!! And when i externally disconnect the alt regulator, i get 15.1 volts and drops to about 14.7 volts only; Of course, my impedance rise it´s a bit high, but with a "250 amps alternator" and 2 optimas, your voltage shouldn´t drop to 12v , maybe you have a wrecked battery?? that happened to me in the past and my voltage dropped TERRIBLE!!

Nice to know that dude, i also have a suzuki swift (panamenian 149.9 bass race champion ) and i installed a 140 amps alternator and had a bi difference, i just can dream with having a big ass alternator on the sexplorer, but, i bought the car, the system and installed all in 2 weeks, so i´m very poor right now hahaha, next month i hope And yes, they are getting it dude, i swear to god, i never imagined that 2512´s could pound that hard, still more to come, thanks for the comments. What up people, hehe thanks for the comments! Well yes, it´s pretty loud IMO, it´s hitting very nice on the TL, but to the ear it´s awesome!! It has a very flat respond, plays very strong between 30hz and 52 hz wich is the range of music i hear Beatbox: Yes haha, funny thing it´s that i always used a cheap crappy kodak, image sucks but you could hear the music on the vids, with this brand new sony triple baffle from the fudji mountains it doesn´t haha, i´m starting to use the kodak again for this porpouses. Kevosinn: For the moment, i had a Digital Designs M4, it´s 3500 rms @ 11v , my voltage got to around 12 volts because my stock alternator it´s in bad shape, i need a new one very urgent. I think i was giving around 3700 rms to the subs before impedance rise (wich i don´t know yet) but, still pounds very hard, i´m starting my door panels today weee weee hehehe.

hehe ok, everyday you learn something new well, there´s not front stage yet haha, this weekend we are doing some easy simple door panels, 4 8" Zomax mids and 4 2" bullets, almani 1100.2 amp for the mids and powerbass 400.4 for the bullets, not even close to a decent SQ vocals, but i don´t really care, i´m not a SQ guy, i just want a cheap set so i can hear the music and spend more money on a nice alternator...

hehe thanks for the tip bro, don´t worry, the car is not my daily drive and it´s parked since that day, i haven´t fix that because i´ll work some more on the box soon, after i do that, i´ll secure the batts

For only "360 watts" i think 1.6 cubic feet it´s too small, i would do a 2 cubic feet box and 28SQ of port, but that´s just me

As i said, this build was done in barely a week for a comp, took the first place on bass race 149.9 class , still crappy speakers with a jbl amp, i´m starting the door panels this weekend, STOCK ALTERNATOR, that´s why i´m not using it daily, i´m gonna buy a iraggi alternator next month i hope. Besides all that, i don´t have a termlab so i haven´t play with box position, tuning or anything, to the ear i think it plays louder on 51 hz so that´s why i used bass mekanik 52 hz song, i don´t know for sure if that´s the peak or even the real score on the TL, i think i can know that very soon, i was gonna start a thread on the building members room, but the truck is already build so what for?hehe, thanks for the inputs By the way, RED what an awesome grand marquis, that thing looks SWEET!!
