the rear deck is there we just wrapped it in black vinyl and opened the whole for air to travel through. The backseat goes back in we just were to anxious to put it together before testing. This has been going on for a few months now. The ports are 4" aero we just have to make some modifications to insure they are well enough for the space of each box. was hoping for a 6" aero in each but wont work with this situation.

A little more tuning with ports and maybe adding a 5k to them in the near future. woofers are brand new and have playing time of the video that is it

no I am in the new box with the issue but did not have this issue with the old box.

I made sure to run 8 lugs out of my box so that I can connect each coil to the posts and have the VC at a easy access for if I ever wanted to switch up amps or burp the setup at a lower impedance. wired correctly. I am getting a 2 ohm final load at the wires that go into the amp.

the subs just were pulled from my other box and placed into this new one. They were working perfect with no smell or funky noises.

i have both speakers wired exactly how the12volt.com shows how to wire in series/ the - on speaker A terminal 1 is wired to the + on terminal 2 then the - on terminal 2 is jumped out to connecting amp the terminal 2 + is also jumped out to hook up to amp the same is repeated for speaker b basically wiring up to 4 and bringing down to 2.

ok I have two dual 2 zcons and I just built a new box for them. I have them wired in series to achieve a 2 ohm load. They are resting at 2.1 ohms with a straight reading. I put the new box in hooked them up to the amp and played it for 20 seconds or so and instantly notice the no good smell. So i went back and felt the woofers to see if the dustcaps were hot or warm and one was extremely hot and the other was as if it wasnt even played at all. What I have done so far. I have pulled off the wires and checked each individual coil and it all reads a perfect 2.2ohm per coil. I am curious if my speaker wire lengths all need to be the same being that the amp is a mono im not exactly sure on that aspect but I know something is wrong somewhere. I did not do this in my other box. The box is a 6th order so its pretty much a mirrored box and all dimensions are the exact same. HELP ME!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!

Read the video description he is not an actual bum he is my detailer. We were bored and like anything when you get a group of guys together its what will you do for this much money. He is growing his hair out long and is in that akward stage so JETHRO(the "bum") wanted me to title it that because its more of a laugh than detailer takes tape to the chest.
