turns out my power adapter wasnt bad so yay lol im running ubuntu atm so i cant check but lets say the 10" 30 pin screen worked but my laptop kept trying to put the 15" screens resolution to it so on the 10 i would only see the middle is there a way to turn resolution down to get it to fit the smaller screen if that made sence? / im in ny as well just way north -

my plan to extend it is to buy another cable the one that goes from the board to the screen. that way i have 2 and i have 2 flat ends to solder to and no cable cutting.i really wana use my toshiba though because i already have it. and im kinda do this on the cheap and more of a learning expience over all. my only worry is that i wont be able to get the 10" monitor to work ima look more into it and see if a 30 pin is a 30pin no matter what hopefully if there not the same pin placement i can find diagrams and make it work. might have the money to buy that screen pretty soon sold some older home audio stuff. so a build log will be in progress. prolly start one tuesday as ill have the parts to fix my ap1800. thanks for all ur help throughout this im glad theres people like you here on smd wish there was more. as far as using a computer and getting rid of the head unit that would be pretty bad ass plus with the sound cards u can get you have the ability to set up a pre out for highs mids and lows,/ isnt there a thing out there that boosts inline rca voltage? would that work for your aplication -
sex or se? the only expience i have if it is the sex is with the motor i bought a sex motor and reconed it with a se recone from fi on a 12spoke basket. and it gets pretty low and i think dominates compared to everything else ive had but thats just a 12. the older se stuff is soposed to be alot better.

found a 10" screen with a 30 pin connector http://www.ebay.com/itm/ASUS-EEE-PC-1005HAB-1005H-HannStar-10-1-LCD-SCREEN-LED-/180685674546?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2a11b49832 would that screen work as it should if i just swapped it with the one i have? not talking housing wise as i plan to mold the screen into my dash but data cabble wise as well as video wise both use 30 pin connectors. -
prep would consist of fixing any dents/ rust and making the place to be painted as smooth as possible right? whats some advice for getting rid of small dents or small places were rust has eaten threw a panel. like in my rear 1/4 panel a spot almost the size of 50 cent piece has been eaten away. with this car new metal isnt really an option as they dont make replacement panels for that part so what would u guys advice i do to stop the rust from coming back ive cleaned it away the best i could with a brush grinder sealed it with primer sealer then bondo to make it flat and flush so then it looks alright for a few months then starts to come back.
