  1. THANKS TO ALL FOR THE COMMENTS.I TRACKED DOWN A GREAT SYSTEM BUILDER ON STEVES' LEAUGE AND I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.OPERATION TRIBUTE UNDERWAY.I THINK I WILL CALL IT KILLIN TIME.
  2. this wont be a bullshit pipe dream idea as we all have heard of.this truck was my dads' and i got it after he passed away last month.my dad was a bigger kid than i was and he wanted big rims a tight paint job and an even bigger system,so i am using some of his insurance money to build a tribute to his dream.i can live with 2 18's but 3 would be even harder.i wish steve could weigh in on this subject.
  3. alright i have finally got the cubic feet of the air space i want to use in my box creation.the number is 23.62 cubic feet.how many btl 18" speakers can i use with that much space in a ported box configuration.i am gonna pour all the juice to those speakers as they can take..
  4. i can live with lower the speaker count to 2 or 3 18's but how much air space do these btls' need.side note,i would love to be able to see out my back friggin window.lol...
  5. so can anyone help me with a ported wall enclosure to fit 4 18" btls' in the extended cab of my ford F-150.i want it to be a clever and fully functional design.please help if you can.
  6. Is there any way to get Mr.Meade to way in on this subject. If anyone knows how to squeeze alot out of a little,he does.
  7. i want to copy master steve plus i want to use this inch thick plexi i aquired from a prison build a week ago.8 sheets kinda fell off the truck if you get what i am saying..lol never worked with plexi but i want to.
  8. the bed wont be a good place to put the speaker box, since its tubbed and alot of the cantiler 4 link is taking up the bed as well as the air tanks and custom fuel tank
  9. to be honest i want to see if i can kinda copy steves' system and pour as much juice as he is doing into a box made for the extended cab part of my F-150
  10. I want to use the same kind of speakers that steve is using right now,or maybe his custom set whenever they come out.
  11. I need some help with some questions.i want to know which type of box is better and why?is a sealed box or a ported box better.i want to cram 4 18's into my F-150 extended cab.i'll stick the amps and other stuff in the trucks bed.
  12. I just got my SRT-8 Dodge Charger back from its air bag install.I'm ready to start the interior, and since I'm a speaker freak like everyonelse in here i thought I'd probe my peers for suggestions.I want to ditch the back seat and devote everything in that empty space for speakers.I want to do this one big.In my mind I can see at least 3 18's but i cant settle on anything. Can my fellow speaker nuts help me out.MR. Meade, your opinion will be greatly appreciated as well as everyone who may have a suggestion. Also should I leave the 425 horsepower alone,or should I just get the damn paxton supercharger I keep stareing at.Please help.
  13. hey steve are you gonna have a remote to run the head unit?as much as i worship bass,i think that wall of death might actually make even my ass get out once its in full destruction mode.
