What's your opinion of using four 6" aeroports with the x18v2's tuned to 32hz? I mostly listen to rap music and want to get as much out of the subs but want to atleast have room to put some groceries in my tahoe.

Any info on what size box anyone recommend for the x18's with that amount of power?

My amp is the 2 ohm model. How smaller of a box would you recommend? 14cu net port 160sqi tuned to 34-35hz

Do you think it is too much power to run my taramp hd8000 amp to two x18's?

Has anyone used the box specs for dual sa8v2's yet? If so, how does it sound musically and does it hit the lows? I just recently got my two sa8v2 d4 and will be running a massive audio n4 (2k watts @ 1 ohm). What can I expect from these sub's? What would you compare the 8's to?

I already have a set of beymas up front which I haven't installed yet. Will it make any difference with the way it would sound if I went with components?

I ended up picking up a t400.2 amplifier instead of the pbr300x4. Will the speakers sound nice and clear with the PA 6.5's or would running components be better?

Is the amp bridgeable? Its stable at only 4 ohms right?

Do you guys think the pbr 300x4 amp strong enough for the PA 6.5 speaker? I know the speaker is 100rms but I want to keep as much space as I can in my vehicle. Does the amps get hot?

I have searched for info and reviews on the 125.4. How well do they perform? I currently have a 100.4 on another build and love it. I noticed the 125.4 is smaller (which I need) and dishes out a little more power then the 100.4. Have there been any problems with these amps?

I currently have two sundown saz3000's strapped at 2 ohms and two DC 4xlm1's. Will switching to the DC 5k @.5 ohm get more power or will it be equivalent to the two 3k's?

I currently have three xs power d3100's and a mechman 270 amp alt. Will the 5k be ok with that setup?

Isn't the sub displacement different? I have a pair of 15xl m1 and the sub displacement was .26. When I checked the site it was .18

Thanks for all the help... i tuned it today with the dd-1 and cc-1 and all i can say is WOW!!! The system sounds really clean and clear... The wierd thing is that for some reason my tweeters was not working... once i got it tuned, the tweeters started working... these things are the real deal and love it.

I did no have the chance to hook up my dd-1 yet... I just wanted some input on setting the eq just so i prevent clipping... the only thing that i was looking on changing was maybe the higher frequencies cause i like my highs crisp.

How would you set your eq after using the dd-1? Could you turn the eq up or will it clip since they will be set at different frequencies? I have a pioneer dvd4300 along with a audiocontrol eqx. Do you guys think i should use both (HU eq and eqx) or do I keep my HU at flat and use the eqx? I have been playing around with using both and noticed that my system have a better sound...lmk what you think

I got my sr60's on ebay from audiosavings... i got it for a little more then $200 shipped... i was going to order it from sonicelectronix.com but for some reason, the price went up...

I live makakilo... i havent heard the rockfords so i cant really compare

I have the the sl and sr... the only difference between the two is that the sl are the older model and just have a slight difference .. they are good but you wont get much mid bass out of them... it has a brighter sound..

this is how i have them mounted... i had them side by side but it would be hard to run my 0 awg wires... my problem is that my 4 channel amp is sticking up a little too high and it hits the bottom of my bedcover... since the piece covering the amplifier is 3/4" thick (scrap from my box) I think I will buy 1/2" mdf instead... I'm hoping that will work. If I just got one amplifier instead, it is guaranteed that it will fit with no problem

Cool... if i do end up picking up the amplifier, i will probably just run it at 2 ohms... i am trying to get power equivalent to my two sundown 3k's... the only reason why i am looking for a different amp is cause i am trying to save me some space where i mounted them

No.. There is someone locally that is selling the amp but i have not bought it yet...
