  1. Well my roof finally gave up on me. I have three cracks ranging from 1" to 6". Only reason I bothered to look is because my score at a recent show was a full dB lower than normal and I demoed with the door open a few times. During my park and pound run my roof was looking really weak.

What have you guys used to fix the cracks in the roof? Roof sealant didn't hold up to well last time. Probably gonna see if one of my grandads friends can get the welder ahold of it.

  2. I have 3 braces in my entire box. That's for 4 N2'S and two 3500.1's and is holding up fine at 155 dB. I'd rather add layers of wood than start throwing in too many braces. You shouldn't need but 2, maybe 3 braces in that box(2 across, 1 top to bottom) if the box is designed/built right.

Looks like the customer wanted a lot of bracing anyways. Not sure why.

  3. Use the available bolts to bolt the floor/base down and use angled brackets in a few areas. Use plenty of screws to secure the box to the floor, and maybe secure the base of your box to the false floor with bolts and screws. Id also try and get a brace or something to secure the box to the rear deck for added support.

  4. If you got the time, money and want to, I'd build the box around 4.25 cubes. Try it out, play with some different ports, decrease the size, play with port orientation, etc and see what you like the best. That's what I did with my n2 while I waited on the others to come in.

But if your like others and want to build the box and not touch it again try 3.5 cubes, 55-60 sq in of port and a tuning of 32 hz.
