I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND TO THE REPUBLIC FOR WHICH IT STANDS, ONE NATION UNDER GOD, INDIVISIBLE, WITH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL!MY GENERATION GREW UP RECITING THIS EVERY MORNING IN SCHOOL WITH MY HAND ON MY HEART. THEY NO LONGER DO THAT FOR FEAR OF OFFENDING SOMEONE!LET'S SEE HOW MANY AMERICANS WILL RE-POST THIS AND NOT CARE ABOUT OFFENDING SOMEONE.

Same with ours. The key is that it isnt MANDITORY. The teacher cant make you stand.

what makes me mad is that at my old school they banned that from the schools but closed off a hallway every day for some time for Muslim prayer, not saying i dont like Muslims but that is VERY WRONG

ehh, it is church/state thing. The pledge is political, Muslim is religion. Public schools are government ran, they can't very well say Muslims can't pray, just like they can't say Christians can't pray.
