After my recent upgrade I noticed I can easily get around 6cu ft out of my trunk. Current box is 5cu ft. I'm thinking of making my next upgrade two 15's. Are there any subs that will work great in that space or should I look into squeezing more space out of there trunk? I was thinking SA-15. I'm working on a recone of an older Memphis mojo now. If I can find another I may use that.

I'm kinda interested but yeah it looks more like 4 gauge. Comparison pic would be great

Sundown e8v2 in a single cab

Well my friend still wants the seat to go all the way back. I'm working with 16h x 6.5d1 x 5d2 x 25.5w. That's for one side behind the seat so a total of ~63w for the whole truck. I'm thinking either two boxes amp rack in the middle or one box ported in the middle. -
Sundown e8v2 in a single cab

Yes I know the recommended space. I really want to know how I can expect them to sound on a range of music -
I'm putting 2 sundown e8v2's in a single cab chevy 1500. Space is pretty limited. I need them to sound good on most types of music so I was gonna tune low for a flatter response but can't seem to fit the port in. Even external port Wouldn't be easy. Seems like I'm stuck going sealed. Does anyone know how these subs sound sealed? We don't need huge spl just want it to sound good one everything. Any suggestions on box volume or anything are greatly appreciated.

I've had the older mofo with the aluminum dust cap. They get pretty loud but don't sound that good. I recently installed them in my friends blazer

Anyone know where to get a new screw? I will need a new one after tapping. Some metal is stuck in the threads and it is almost to small now.

It seems to be really soft metal that would tap very easy. Even after I did that wouldn't I need a bigger screw?

I have an audiopipe amp that has one of the speaker terminals stripped. The screw part is fine, but the part it screws into is totally stripped. Is there any way it fix this? Could I get something larger to use as the screw part?

2 Memphis 15's

I built a box for two of those. It was 6 cuft @ 35Hz. We gave them 500w, so 250 each. They moved a lot and got pretty loud. How did you setup the amp? DMM?
