Damn I remember no brakes on my bike and stopping by putting my "good shoes" between the frame and the back tire. What were they thinking when the ice cream man would sell packs of cigarettes that were gum, but you gotta love the garbage pail kids with a stick of rock hard gum that nobody ate. I was born in 78 so maybe I can still be awesome

Did you try running a new set of sub rcs cables without installing them. maybe the cable is bad, pinched, screwed into or over stretched. if the noise is still there while you have the new cable ran, ground the outside of the rca to the chassis of the radio. just slide a wire on when you connect the rca to the radio making sure the wire doesn't touch the inside prong. then remove a screw from the chassis off the radio and wrap the wire around it. maybe the radio is not grounding the rca outside ground.

Do I really need 1/0?
AUDIOTISTICS replied to tackett834's topic in Electrical-battery- Alternators- Wiring
The strands inside the cable are thick but you will be ok for the amount of amps you are using it for. The copper looks pretty bright. Do you have room for an extra battery close to the amp? You will be better off spending extra money on an extra battery more than anything. Just make sure you fuse the 1/0 like normal in the front and in the rear at the extra battery runnning to the front. Then distribute it to the amp or amps. Make sure you up grade the main ground, engine groune and alternator charge wire also. This will help get the deep gruntt bassss!!
