He recently updated his post on FocalJet that the car made 504whp. http://forums.focaljet.com/forced-induction-nitrous/618026-457whp-450wtq-tire-shredder-update-504whp-430wtq.html
Here is another port design. All the same specs as the last box
Maxim: I am kind of confused on what you mean by measuring down the center of the port.
Sanitarium: Yes I do know that, I just want to try my hand at it first. I like the satisfaction I get from it.
Skullz: What exactly does that mean? I do plan to 45 degree the corners if that helps
Sorry for all the questions, I just want to get it right first time around

They can hook you up with quality high outputs for just about every application out there in multiple range of amps. If they don't have it, it can be built. Great prices and shipping is pretty quick too. Call and ask for Chris and tell him what you need and tell him Matt sent you.
Yes it is thick stuff. I do have room for an extra battery but I am going to give it a shot without one first. I may just go ahead and buy some KnuKonceptz stuff to be on the safe side. KLMX (CCA) or Kollosus Flex (OFC)? Also does anyone have an idea or previous experience for how many feet for a Focus Hatchback? I know I will need about 6.5' for the Big 3. Just wondering how much for my power and ground.
Edit: Raptor stuff any good?
It is decently flexible. We use it to repair battery cables, welders, and things of that matter. I just want to be sure, I don't want to be sitting beside the road roasting wieners on my car...
This is 2/0 that the place where I work sells. We have it in 1/0, 2/0, 3/0, and 4/0. Does this look like quality cable? If so I may just pick some 1/0 up here...
Edit:
I got my eD Nine.1 for $100 from a friend who never used it so I had to snatch it up....
There is no doubt I am doing 1/0. I was just wondering about that KnuKonceptz KLM kit because it is CCA not OFC. I wasn't sure if the material would make a difference or not where the KLM is supposed to be oversized.
Edit: Raptor wire any good?
I really don't mind doing the 1/0, I just want everything to be safe but not just throw money away. I def will fuse it. But will that KnuKonceptz KLM kit be okay or should I go with something else? It is CCA btw.
Edit: Mini ANL or regular ANL fuse holder?
Okay I will just do the 1/0. No big deal I just didn't want to throw money away. Would a 150 amp fuse suffice? Anyone have any good recommendations on 1/0 amplifier kits or wire?
Do I really need 1/0 for my application? Or would a KnuKonceptz Flex 4 guage kit do the trick?

This is going into a Ford Focus Hatchback by the way.
You are a saint man. I appreciate it. I have another question though, I'm sorry but I am really new to slot ports. How do I make a 40" long port in a 19" deep box? Put a 90 degree angle in it?
No, my max width is 40". Max Height is 22". Max Depth is 20". That was just a guess.
Edit: If you have any other suggestions that would be great also. I listen to hip hop and I like it loud and low
