  1. You should test if the speakers even work... get a AA battery or something and put positive speaker wire on battery positive then touch negative speaker wire to negative battery side. You'll hear a crackling sound as you move the negative wire around and if that works then you are having some type of interference. Are the speakers on an amp? if they are, switch them to the other set of terminals and see if they work on those (could be dead channel)
  2. http://cgi.ebay.com/1500-WATT-AUDIOPIPE-MONO-CLASS-D-CAR-AMP-W-BASS-KNOB-/290457043475?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Car_Amplifiers&hash=item43a096c213#ht_3597wt_969 maybe?
  3. Light dim with voltage staying around 13+. Sometimes full tilt it goes to 12.6v at idle...(stinger volt meter btw)
  4. Light dimming doesn't mean much...i don't have much voltage drop on all stock electrical and lights dim slightly.
  5. I am trying to find someone to design me one (I can design it myself i'd just rather have someone else do it).. Forevrbumpin hasnt been on in forever, and he was supposed to design me one :X
  6. I just wanted to know if it could hurt them..cuz its just slightly moving different. sounds good and its not moving opposite..just seems to me like its not perfectly in sync. I'll check them with the meter later. Off to work. Thanks for the help so far
  7. they're 13.5", all 4 ohm svc, wired in parallel down to 1 ohm. brb gonna take rough measurements of the box box basically has 1 sub on each side of the front, port in middle. 1 sub on each side of the box, and the back side is just mdf. the port is 5.5" wide 14.5" tall and 17" long box is 40w 16h 25d the port has 2 sides to it and it does not turn, just straight back and no they don't seem to move completely opposite of each other, im gonna go take a look at em real quick again then i gotta get ready for work, i'll check back later
  8. All are wired correctly, setup is in my sig, but I'm not sure on the specs of the box. I can tell you that the design of the box sucks..i'll brb to talk more
  9. One is moving more than the others..i'll go mess with it in a second. Hot as balls outside
  10. What can cause subs to be out of phase? Is it harmful? I have 4 SVC subs on a monoblock amp and they appear to be out of phase.

  17. They seem to handle my brutus fine, but i'm sure it only does around 1k rms..if even. Building a new box soon which is why I was curious...(saving up cash for dc subs, new amp, alt, wiring, etc)
  18. Its what I got...and I got all 4 + a decent box for 300 bucks brand new..

  21. Was busy No idea what you're trying to say.... So sites like sonic and woofersetc are giving false product information?
  22. I've had these for a while now, and according to the JL site they are 200w rms, but on woofersetc and sonic it says they are 350wrms/700peak...anyone wanna help me out here lol? http://www.woofersetc.com/p3173/13W1v24--JL-Audio-13"-700-Watt-Subwoofer.htm says 200 watts on here http://mobile.jlaudio.com/jlaudio_pages.php?page_id=172 And here down all the way at the bottom is a power graph http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_subs.php?series_id=17
