    ive never had a subwoofer related issue in the whole time ive been in the game and i just set it and forget it.

    I do understand why some may need it but some of the breakin standards of some companies are bullshit....ie one that says allow 200+ hours of breakin time before playing them at moderate to high levels.

    i dont buy stuff to play at baby volume for 200 hours .

    ok thanks i hear a little difference and see a lot more but if i can sell these things i think i will get me 2 dc lvl 3 15's 600 watts rms of goodness and plus dc's subbs are sick i think

    what you guys think of dc audio and thanks for the help guys i feel like im learning and that's a good thing lol

    keep reading forums and you'll learn in no time, and DC audio is a great company. you wont be dissatisfied.

  15. Sealed Or Ported?

    i had 3 12inch type R's in a sealed box once, and it hit pretty hard.. it hit you harder in the chest then my 4 15inch kicker L7s do..

    doubt that.. unless you tried and failed with a ported box for the L7s

    dont doubt it.. its true.. the box for my L7s is tuned lowww.. but it doesnt hit you in the chest like my type R's did.. think what you want but its true..
