i have experience with L7s.. you dont really want them.. although 2 12 L7s would outdo 1 dc 12 on the same rms and the right box build..

my other box though did a 146.7 @ 44hz and did 145.7 on music, but this one drops a lot lower (i can play down to about 26/27hz) and it moves a nice amount of air

I've probably said this a million times by now, but with a stock 117A alternator, big 3 and a single XS D3400, I had virtually no voltage drop with my DC2k.

ahh your prolly right, i havent ran that little of wattage in awhile, but now i think about it, awhile back i was running 1750 rms with a stock 140amp alt in my explorer and just a small hc800 kinetic and i didnt have any voltage drop..
