never good enough to just look at a fuse, get a DMM out and test it. Most of the time it is obviously blown but it can be over looked easily also.
True. I have fixed problems by swapping fuses even though the original one "looked fine"

I would think so. The fuse didnt blow? Do you still have 12 volts at that fuse?

Take out the battery for ANY electrical work. if it comes down to it I would just run a new wire instead of trace the old one and repair it.

would you recommend flaring the inside? i'm guessing it would have the same effect as putting 45's in a slot port?

Good luck. Remember you can do the same thing to flare the inside too. Not just the outside.

Exactly! Thanks Jeremy. You would need alot of different router bits to do something with that many layers for the flare.

I can't find pictures but I have seen it done. You put a roundover on the wood and mount the pipe behind it. It makes the wood the flare for the port.

Yea math and science have always been my strongest, but sometimes I question my sanity because my major it basically all calc and physics.

Im currently in college calc 2. But eventually (if I make it into mechanical engineering) I will have to take every calc class we offer. I think their are like 5.

You seem to have it right. Tangent is opposite over adjacent, or (12/13)/(5/13)

Is the wood just for speaker rings and frames until they are wrapped and resined? Simple hot glue has always worked for me to hold the general frames together while I wrap them in cloth.
To get the fiberglass to stick to plastic you can drill a bunch of small holes. The resin will fill the holes, and hold better.

I had a friend tell me about Gangstagrass a week or two ago because I love country. I think its ok music, but those really are not two things I would mix. (Personally)
