[DC Level 5 Problem?]

I have a 15 inch DC Level 5, and I was showing it to some friends and popped the trunk open and it was making a ticking noise. So i pulled it out of the box and found that it was the "felt" piece above the tinsel leads. Should I try and fix it myself or send it back its about a year old I think. If I fix it my self what glue or epoxy should I use? I'm not a complete newb but I also dont wanna mess shit up. Thanks, Dan

You guys keep talkin about all these nice appliances these two have but im not sure if I see them.. I look closer, and closer, and closer and still with no luck maybe its an optical illusion.. I was never good at those.
