ok so currently im running an alpine mrp-m500 at 2 ohms to get 500 watts rms. my voltage even at full tilt stays at 14+ at the amp. my electrical is a kinetic hc1800 and the grounds of the big 3. 1/0 power wire running to the trunk. I want to upgrade to an audioque 1200d wired to 2 ohms and according to aq's website that would be 870 watts rms. I will finish the big three soon. but my main concern is that upgrading this way will just cause voltage drop so that i would probably end up having around 500 watts again. do you think its worth it to upgrade just to get a little more out of my system? can my electrical handle it?

AudioTechnix

audiotechnix is def. worth it. ive used both audiotechnix and ss damplifier. they both do the job and stop rattles as they are meant to but when it comes down to it audiotechnix is a better value. its applied the same as other deadeners where u just roll it on. I just pressed it on with my hand and the audiotechnix sticks great. you wont be disappointed by this product at all. -

hmmm this is a tough decision my voltage shouldn't drop to bad as i have a new kinetic 1400 battery going in at the same time and big 3 planned. i think i might just keep it safe and not hook up my bass amp until i get a fuse that i know wont blow easily. or maybe by the end of the night or tomorrow i get bored and go for it anyway lol

I am hooking up a jbl gto 100.4 and an alpine m500. my main power run is 1/0 gauge. the only fuse i have lying around is a 100amp and due to the fact that it is 4th of july weekend all shops in my area are closed. total current draw is probably right around 100 amps. do you think the 100 amp fuse will at least last through the weekend till i can get one just a little bigger? if this fuse blows i will be with out music until at least tuesday.
