here it is tell me what you guys think will finish top tomorrow and maybe be able to bump it

i have a about a 40 inch by 40 inch square that i can use i have a 86 4runner if that helps at all 3 cubes. 31 hz 19" tall external. 17.5 internal looks great but is it a 2 1/2 wide port? how do you think it would sound?? would this box give it deep bass? yes good yes this is a design i did for someone else and they've already built it and love it. Mods to get more out of it include: route the mount of the port with a roundover bit, put a 45 in that back left corner. puta smaller 45 in the back right corner, and resin the inside of the box smooth as glass. thank you so much for your help i plan on buying all the materials on monday

i just bought a RE SE-X 12 dual 2 ohm i will be running a Hifonics Brutus 1200 mono watt amp i want to do the best SPL box for the sub i need some help with box dimensions and port size the sub on RE audio website is best for 2.0 cubic feet at around 33hz any help would be great thanks!
