Then I'll pull out the kicks in a few days, sand, throw on a coat of lightweight rage gold, sand, then paint volvo oem dark purple to match the exterior.

I tried making each side near identical, then when I put them under the dash they would rub and be way too close to the pedals, so I ended up deleting some of the edges. Have to fill in the lower left section, fill in the dimples, and do a bunch more sanding. I'm thinking about painting them the OEM color of my car to match (dark purple). Passenger side:

Measure your voltage at full tilt with a dmm. Make sure your grounds are good, clean contact with bare metal, no paint in between.
