drill, router (with spiral bit), DMM, DD-1, power sander (with vaccume attachment), clamps, heavy duty cable cutters, shop vac, safety glasses and masks, latex gloves, brushes for fiber glass, soldering iron. thats gonna be A LOT of money... lol and its not even half of what i need im sure EDIT: another question... what sander should i get? and whats the difference between em sander 1 sander 2 sander 3

I always just go to my dads house and kinda just start taking tools from him for my house. Its coo with him though, cause my tool box is a little more organized then his, so when he needs something its easier to just come by over here and get it. Tools at work is another thing though, i probably have 20k+ invested in my toolbox, and now the box at home slowly starting to build to. my dads only buying me these tools cuz i am going to college next year for business and finance and other classes and ima open my own car audio shop so he wants me to be able to start off good. and if anything my birthday is in like 2 months and 3 days ill get more tools then

i have all the basic tools. and my dad said to get everything on paper and added up and he will see if he wants to pay that much. so im most likely gonna put everything on there and see his expression and get a laugh outa it. my door panels r held in by 3 screws and like 4 of those plastic rivet things. comes off with ease. so so far i have: router, drill, clamps, soldering iron, heavy duty cable cutters, DMM, DD-1, annd a shop vac

ehh kinda outa the price range for sure. ill get one in the future though. for a router what kind of bit would i need to make circles for flush mounting subs into a fiber glass box?

ok so my dad made me a deal that he would buy me some tools if i would clean the garage (we live on a farm and my dad wasnt really into having a clean garage so stuff just built up everywhere) anyways. What are some of the main tools i need for car audio/box buildine/fiberglass fabrication. I am for sure gonna get a power sander for the fiber glass box im making. a drill a router a DMM and a DD-1 if my dad doesnt cut me off after those first 4 things lol what else would be nice to have around? besides the obvious things like wire strippers n little things like that. EDIT: i have a stringer volt meter in my car so i dont need one

ok so i made a box the other day for a 15" sub 4.52 cuft tuned to 30 hz but i have 120 bucks and i need to find a 15 for around there to throw in it this is the box and yes i put the top of the box on that was just a pic of the inside before i put it on

im building a box for 2 15" AQ SDC and i was wondering how many 4'x8' sheets of 3/4" mdf i would need with all of these dimensions top - 36'' x 18'' bottom - 36'' x 18'' left - 15.5'' x 16.5'' right - 15.5'' x 16.5'' front - 36'' x 15.5'' back - 36'' x 15.5'' ide figure it out myself but i dont wanna mess up im pretty sure itll take 2 though
