noooooo im getting 1 600w amp for each 2 subs: 600w of amp for 800w of sub amp runs 300rms at 2 ohm and 200 rms at 4ohm te sub is recomended for have anywhere from 100-200w rms

ok im lost, i tink ill have someone make me a box at one of te shops around here or something cause i aint got a clue

erm. alpine is more expensive but i have ran 1 type R and 2 cvr's but.. i had the cvr's in a box tuned to about 36hz probably and it was flexing my truck.. iwish i could post the vid but cant figure out how and the alpine was loud and clear but it was in a sealed box so id say its personal preferance. but imo you have already ran all kicker and im not sure how many watts each of your amps is but each type r is 1500w kickers are like 800

ok im not real formal with dc but i know there are "lvl's" of subs and i pmed rusty and he never got back to me so i was checking on prices for the lvl 1, and 2 12's. im only gonna be able to run 2 12's ported, on a budget so i dont want too many watts (saves money on an amp). im not stuck on dc im just looking for a decent sub for less than $100 if possible but i still want some "boom" thanks

alright thanks guys all depending on what money i have in the next couple of months ill either get the x15 or the ssd15

save a little more and get a ssd 15 and you wont regret it. i have the x 15 with bp. and i regret not spending the extra for the ssd i tried to look at that but when i go to the website a security thing keeps poppin up and i click no but nothing pops up for ssd

what is bp power? and is it worth getting the fi x15 it will be my first actual system especially with a 15 and it seems like a decent price and i can get a amp fairly cheap also. edit:i will be running this sub daily and would like some bass

im not completely sure but arent the phantoms like 3000w max cause my buddy is runnin 4 12" phantom comps and there 2400w each and he screwed up and only bought 2 4000w amps. id personally stay away from boss in general

that is one wicked name my ninja id skip on all of them personally. how were u planning to fit the box anyway iirc the only place would be under the seat behind the seat mang. i got enough room , i got about 7 inches and there 4 1/2 and including the mdf i should be ok or what would you recomend

its not all the way through or anything its just surface i could sand it or grind it off easy and another question do they make brake conversion kits for my truck? its drum right now

not to bad. i can grind most of it down and the cab corners are good. ill take for pics tomorow its dark already here but its not to bad. the frame is pretty rusty though but i dont know weather that makes a difference

yah im not lookin to spend that much on this thing im already gettin to the point where im putin more into it than its acutally worth and with it begin a first car im just gonna flop it next year probably and get something different but thats all in the future. so for a system i was thinkin just a single twelve or something that i can just fit in behind the seat.

yah i hope i got quit a few plans, ive already put about 700 bucks into it just in paint and small motor repairs and im dumpin another 150 in it tomorow for a new set of bucket seats, a roll pan, tail lights and mirrors
