alright so i got a 1991 s-10 5speed 2.5l 4cyl from my dad like 5-6 months ago. from the time i got it i already had a crap ton of ideas in my head of what i wanted to do to it... but considering im only 15 you dont get to do everything you want due to lack of tools and money. it needs quit a bit of work but im gettin there and im doing it all my self or so far i have. this is my first car but i have been into stereo equipment since i was like 12 and i have been around cars all my life. this is what i have accomplished so far: primered it black, but i need a side grinder or something to get the rust off but i kinda covered it up the best i could. theres a big dint in the bed, kinda infront of the wheel well but also up above it and yesterday i decided i was gonne drill some holes from the inside and i missed on quit a few of them =\. but come to find out that the metal is kinda kinked up and rusted so i cant really fix it. now i have two choices...buy a new bed or cut out the bad part and well a new piece in but i dont have a welder or anything to cut the metal out. figured it out nvm there almost done

alright..... i normally run my amp off a wireless drill battery(positive to power, negative to ground.) and i have a thing that plugs into the rca's spot and into my ipod, then run amp to subs ofcourse but were both ghetto i guess but i also live in a trailer and rattle everything in the house( at the time a had two 12" sony xplod's and a 800w pyle driver amp) and i was kinda suprised for my first system

i want to make my signiture with my truck in it and maybe the brand of speakers im gonna run with but i dont know how and i changed from RE to rockford

but its a good starter system it will be like my 3rd system and im gonna do a blow through, and its gonna be a temporary system probably just for a year until i get another job and get my truck done

well ok, here are my choices either the 2 15's and the amps or... 3 oldschool jl audio w3's but one has part of the outer part of the cone or w/e ill post pics of it to, but i have talked to him and can get em for 150 My link

i think he either had it running from a cap or a 1 in and 2 out splitter just for ease

alright only problem is i gotta get rid of my current subs to get the money but i should be able to get that done within the next day

ok the speakers im lookin at are 2 15" sonys they are red and 2 500w mtx amps (one for each sub) i think the subs are like 1500max and 350 rms not sure ill post pics, but how do i get em on here? sorry the guy wants 200 for em but i could probably talk him down to 150

yah ive see 4 12" fubars pound in a sealed box and i dont remember watts but i think its like 2700 apiece?

what size(h/w/l) is your box and is it ported or sealed

i know there is a program that you use to design a box and how many cubic feet it is and all that i just need the link to download it. can some1 help meh plz

yah today sucked, i walked outside to take some measurements for my box in my truck and as soon as i pulled the seat up i heard this god awfull howlin noise and i looked and and he trees where bent half way over then the wind almost slammed meh door on meh hand scared the hell outa me... then it started to rain.. then a lil hail... then it was over, i measured and i happy now, thats kansas for ya

that happend to my friends car it was the catalytic conveter and happend to another friends car and she had to take the motor apart and clean out the intake, otherwise id drain the tranny fluid and put new fluid in other than that im not sure i dont know alot about those cars

ok i got a 1991 s-10 that is all stock but i think it has aftermarket rims dont know and dont really car ill get pics up later cause cameras dead now, but i was lookin at gettin some 14 or 15inch dayton or dayton look alike's, im talkin about the chrome spoke rims i would like the color to be black/chrome or just chrome but no gold, my truck is black with a chrome bumper and grille i got a pic of to give you a genral idea of what mine looks like i plan on baggin it later when i get the money but for now im lookin at rims so if any of yall know a website just post it plz, thanks http://media.photobucket.com/image/91%20s-10/czt900/DSC00816.jpg?o=16
