76 inches in length damn what are you putting it in im putting it in a 94 dodge 2500 ;P any idead on what i can do tho? cuz i need 2.5 cubic feet but i think my dimensions are 2.5 cubic feet outside the box =( uhm i use the rockford calcuator but i think the torres box calculator could tell you internal dimisions if i recall right. im pretty sure you could fit one good 12 in it f it has the right depth. the sub i have now is a Soundstream RBW12 its like 6.125" in depth and the box i have it in now is like 10" in depth and i have to pull my seat all the way up so i want a box thats 8" in depth so i still have some room for the passenger (my girlfriend) to sit comfortably lol yeah that could be a problem. thought of doing a blow through?

So I would provide: 39 is the width of the trunk 20 is the length in the trunk i'm going to use (only half of the trunk) 17 is height. The link to Steve's build I want: http://www.stevemead...st-for-my-site/ The subs: http://www.amazon.co...=A1DXN92KCKEQV4 you would have to find out the woofer displacement too and how much airspace they need. http://hifonics.com/Hifonics_HF_Subwoofers.html im not sure if its stated on their website

So probably just buy the speakers and custom build the box? What do you know about hifonics though.. I mean a 35 dollar 12" kinda makes me think of the saying "you get what you pay for" well my buddy was running his power acousik t them and they were slamming their ass off but that was in a ported box. they did get alittle warm but they were running more than max power. what size amp do you have to work with? I've got to buy an amp lol. We'll with these do you suggest porting the box? i couldnt tell you there ive only heard them in a ported box so i dont know how they sound sealed. I mean I can run it sealed.. but if it sounds bad it'd be a pain in the ass porting it with it already being sealed what do you mean?. If it sounds like shit in a sealed box, it would be a pain in the ass to port it.. not really. Just a little bit of extra work ah got you well genrally you get more sqout of a properly designed sealed box. but they need lots of power

Well I think two 12's would be too loud for my little lancer lol. plus I would need a better amp for two 12's that why I was going with two 10's mdf at home depot is- $27 for a really big ass sheet, I don't know the dimensions. I'll have about 200 for speakers including the mdf. thatll be tough but its doable. a sealed box for 10's should only need 1 sheet. i know imma get some flak for this but what about hifonics 10's or somethin My friend bought a sheet its huge.. like more than enough. how much do hifonics usually run? i think you can get some for like 40 online. let me check
