well actually he has had to recone a couple of them, but thats the nature of the beast, sometimes things just happen. david I see in your sig that you have two MT 18s. how long have you had them before reconing? just curious

so I wanna pound but im not competing so the MT would be the way to go ..im not gonna max out the watts just give them enough to not get bored.

money is not the issue..i can buy 10 of any of the subs..I have done a little research but i wanted to turn to my fellow bass junkies to ask..im not competing is their a huge difference in sound..the VP at RE recommened the MX for me he said that you have to recone the MT after a while..he said thats what they are made for

Im ordering two of the RE MX 15 ..we dont compete but we wanna slam whats the pros & cons verse the MX or MT?

let me re-word my ? I know its bad for them to burn or get overheated but how bad is it to just get a faint smell and turn the volume down.....in other words in all them videos of steve beatin the 4 18s are you tellin me he never smells his woofers at all not even a little bit

two 15 subs in a 6 cube ported enclosure @ 35 hz ...any input on any part of the setup..its in the rear of a 2002 Chevy Venture mini van I have a Matts 2100.1 at 1 ohm it puts out about 900 watts x 2 what subs yall think Mmats Juggernaut / MT / BTL / FI ..or what??

I have two Mmats p3.0 subs in a 6 cube ported enclosure 3 cubes each tuned to 35 Hz with a Mmats 2100.1 amp 800 watts each sub...my question is I smell subs after playing heavy bass for a moment...i usally turn the volume down once i start to smell the subs ...how bad is this
