Ordered a 2nd batch today. Should be here in a few days then it will be off to the races
I am going to take my time on this brew. I estimate it will take 5-6 weeks for completion but will be worth it in the end
Its a "Pale Ale" but I am going to tweak it a bit

I dont have the patience to try and home brew. Plus its fun to try the local shit. Stuck on Lagunitas IPA. Top 3 easily
It's a lot of fun. Just as rewarding as watching an audio system come together

I've been thinking on whether or not I want to get into the brewing stuff too.
Just a mr.beer kit for now. Come tax season I am upgrading to a large Northern brewing setup

Using a Mr.Beer kit for now that my girl bought me

My usual raging bitch... Not drinking right now as its 11:45 am but tonight if I feel better I may have a few...
Also just bottled my 1st batch of beer today..Another 1-2 weeks and it will be ready for consumption. Needs time to carbonate.. Granted its a pilsner but oh well I am still excited

I picked up some 21st ammendmant Brew free or Die IPA, Speakeasy Prohibition red ale, Lost Coast great white ale, Lagunitas IPA ( top 3 favorite IPA's ), Lagunitas a lil sumpin ale, Goose Island IPA, and Anchor steam from Anchor brewery in S.F. Havnet had a chance to bust any of it open, been sick for the last week or so. Cant wait though. May go down tomorrow and get some of the Ragin Bitch that LT was talking about for the weekend
It has a nice aroma and an intense initial bite from the 1st drink but very woody undertones and smooth throughout the drink

This was after 3 weeks... Look at the clarity/color difference...
**The 1st week of bottling was done in the basement for carbonation purposes...**
The longer beer sets bottled the more the clarity comes through and flavors develop/change/diminish...Home brewing isn't for the impatient
