  1. This rig.

    Going from 2 10s on ~300w to 4 15s on  a 7.5k was a change to say the least

I had no idea what to expect. I figured it would just be like turning up the radio a bit more. NOPE. I had zero frame of reference for just what "loud" was. It threw me for a loop - feeling it in my chest, whole interior shaking, having it grab my throat, and the physical sensation of my eardrums flexing. 10/10 was a great time

  2. Gain is basically a ratio set between input and output voltage. If your input voltage is low, you'll need a high gain to compensate. No side effects from it other than potentially extra static or similar artifacts if your cables are unshielded and acting like an antenna

FWIW when I had a 7v line driver, my gain wouldn't get more than maybe 25 degrees off min setting to get to the appropriate settings.

    tl;dr don't sweat it you're good!

  3. Almost got in a booboo

Traffic came to an unexpected slow. I'm slowing down, hugging the right shoulder in case the guy behind me ain't stopping and I need to dip off to the right. He ended up taking the shoulder, so I went back to the left.

Dude was all of 1 maybe 2 feet from eating my ass. It was real damn close

No the rear camera isn't supposed to be off center. I had the resolution turned down to save on file size, but I guess my camera crops the frame when that happens vs. downsampling(scaling?). It's set back to full res and looks as it should :)
