i didnt want to update it till 8O million or more but it just bugged me that it said 65 when it was really 70.....i will try to not update till at least 90 now.......if i make it to 100,000,000 - i am throwing a party somewhere! dont know where but thats a reason to celebrate. Lets see, 3.5 million views a month (lately) -its lookin like by mid august. That would be a sweet birthday present!

whether its this thing or a real o-scope......no REAL installer should not have one in their box. You simply cannot set your gains properly unless you know where the clipping starts. If you say you can by ear, you are lying. Lots of us can hear distortion but you arent that precise, sorry to inform you LOL. Unless your a robot that is.

this is a tool for setting your system up for maximum sound, minimum distortion. If you still choose to amplify a song that is clipped from the beginning, then i dont know what to tell you other then dont do that LOL. BUT, that being said, all you guys who over-analyze a CD you got at the store, and find a little clipping in the song, are really splitting hairs. Its funny to me that some people will panic over that but wont go buy an o-scope and set the gains properly. With this product, you wont have to. To finish answering your question, the amp will probably do exactly what its suppposed to do and that is AMPLIFY whatever it is you told it to amplify.....the best you can do is avoid it. A little clipping in the song isnt going to hurt anything IMO - a LOT of clipping from an AMP gains being set improperly CAN hurt though.

I made a little post about this last week just as a "feeler", to see if you guys would be interested in a product that can help you detect clipped signals and properly set up your system gains/max volume on deck etc. I know a lot of people dont wanna break off $300 or more on even the cheapest O-scope so this will be a handy little tool, for a decent price. *****PROTO PICS DONT JUDGE THEM YET! ***** It is in prototype stage for now and i will let you know when it is going to be available. We are shooting to make this very affordable yet DEAD ON ACCURATE with o-scopes that cost even thousands of dollars. Every installer needs to know how high the deck, then processor and finally the amp can go before it clips. Either you are hurting your system and dont know it or you are LEAVING POWER ON THE TABLE and dont know it.... i will have video's of how this works up soon, check back here! i will post them up. Early testing, ON VIDEO, looks VERY promising! I am working with the MAN himself Tony D, the inventor of the RF T15k on this so you KNOW it wont be junk! **FYI** the two probes do NOT go in the traditional spot that an O-scopes leads would go. Its a little different. Stay tuned, you will see! EDIT: THESE PICS WERE ADDED TO THE ORIGINAL POST SO THEY ARE EASIER TO FIND - a LONG video, yet interesting

Ive had these batteries for months but i havent had a chance to get them in. The old PC2150's were good batts of course but they were drained beyond the point of no return.......and further then that. I suspect he left the stereo on and went inside and it stayed on for who knows how long. On top of that, it was just left to sit and die a painful death and thats just what id did over the months since he bent the rim up on it and stopped driving it. Anyway, I finally got around to replacing the battery bank. The lift made life so much easier. I cant believe i installed this on my back in my garage LOL - any way the video is self explanatory. XS Power FTW!!

without getting too scientific about it, going by birthsheets max RMS, i have approx 26,500 on bass 4000 on mids, highs of course that is a lot of "throttle" on the bass knob at hand but on the every day i just listen to a fraction of it. Its all about having fun when need be but enjoying it for what it is when im not showing it off or demo'ing. Its "there when i need it".....thats the important part. Kinda like having this ISF, i dont need to do 0-60 in 4.4 seconds, but its nice to know i can in a sticky situation.

the only prob is that if you dont clamp, then you can only really use the Birthsheet RMS or at least rated RMS of the amps. Then people are gonna bitch. Then they will say you have box-rise. Then you got people with more then 14.5, say 15.5v which will make more power......so there is no telling how much power someone REALLY has without getting scientific about it thats why i did the speaker thing because its fair enough, most of us have "enough" power for what we have. i forgot about how everyone knows everything. lol my bad sir. im just gonna go run my amps at .5 daily and call it a day. its all good haha, its a good idea but you know how people are. Im surprised they let me call my woofers 18's, knowing that its only 16.3215" at the surround.
