How did you go about grounding the rear lithium batteries and dealing with the RVC? Or does it not matter because you "bypassed" the RVC by going externally regulated with the alternator...I ask because I have to deal with the RVC in my truck very soon. Battery delete up front, lithium in the bed.

its all been talked about in the videos 👌🏼😎

The step down box is VERY secure! This 16ga Stainless is solid as a rock bent in this configuration. The base of the step down box also helps it's rigidity some too.

  3. believe it or not, this thing was strong even made of cardboard.  It has perforated lines so i know where to bend it and it still didn't rip.  This seems like a good spot. Just need to turn this into metal now.

I will need a way to mount this to the metal bracket.  I made this baseplate and bonded it to the bottom of the step down box.  After that i drilled and tapped the bottom so i can fasten it in place once i get it in it's spot.

  4. my “test bench” today. 16.3 volts for the system stepped down to 13.5-14v for the vehicle and accessories. Gotta make triple sure everything is good before i put anything in the Caddy. I ran all the stock accessories at the same time at about 100a for 4-5 hours. Watched the temps...the fan cooled the step downs nice!
