  1. got some brew gear in still got some more coming
  2. i will be using a deep freezer with a temperature controller as a fermentation chamber. and will be using pop tob style beer bottles for bottles. so we started infusing the bourbon with the bacon we will let it sit for 2 - 3 weeks then we will soak either hickory or mesquite chips in it. but on another note, i don't want to brew my own beer because there is a lack of good beer out there want to brew it cause it fun, and very rewarding.
  3. thanks, ken i was given very short notice... like 16 hrs and flash light yea i was afraid of that but it was already inputted in to the database. also that bike test was a bitch... smoking a cigg before it helped though
  4. AF PT not as tough as you guys go ahead make all the AF jokes you want i think n8 has made them all already good thing i didn't know that this morning
  5. thanks guys... better warn the people in Croatia cause i am gonna get fucked up
  6. so its friday the 13th and i had to PT test today and i was nervous that the superstition would get the best of me. it seemed like Murphy's law since the moment i woke up. started the day with bubble gut (must of been the nerves), then i go out side and it raining(i was like great i have to do this in the rain), then i show up to the testing center and get weighed and measured in. after every one was done with that we are told we might not test today due to a lightning warning(i was like great i was looking forward partying in croatia this weekend). the lightning warning gets pulled and we go to test in the wind and rain. well turns out i tested better in the wind in rain because i did 4pts better this go around then last. so the moral of my story is i passed my PT test. thanks for reading my pretty much useless story just wanted to share.
