i was actually looking at the us amps 4000 and the sundown 1500 and when Mark from *** gave me the price on the amps i just had to go sundown. besides no one around me has them or even knows about them. next im going to buy 2 100.4 from him.. the prices are right
-
well, put it this way, i just got done testing 1 amp, and if you have or can afford the electric system to back them, go for it. i tested 1 on my isuzu electric system which consist of big 3 done in 4 guage. optima yellowtop, stock alt around 65 amps i think. and i connected my 10 w3 to it. i was having a problem and i narrowed it down to the amp and everyone said no its the sub. so i tested. didnt crank it up at all and i thought the surround was gonna rip on the sub. the box would have jumped out the truck if it wasnt bolted down. i didnt set the gains with a meter or anything b/c i just wanted to power it up and play it. thumbs up in my opinion. sounds so much better than my PG amp and it turns out i was right in my PG amp being broken

im either running them at 1 ohm 1 per sub or i will strap them and run both subs at 2 ohms for 3000 it was these for $475 a peice shipped or $1000 for a *new* kicker 1500....hmmm i havent heard a problem with these amps yet and those guys who smoked them were probally running them at .5 or .35 ohm. and no amp is invincible. but for the power to price ratio i couldnt go wrong. these are the same model amps ROE used in there great 12" challenge
-
will do, as i said for the price i couldnt pass them up. talk to mark at *** he will hook you up. they heavy to 16 lbs
-
Pricey um no. i got mine from *** $475 each brand new http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/shop/in...56615f7b08bff5f they are very damn good. and no they are not fan cooled

what better to compliment my2 18" BL's than 2 sundown audio 1500's. part of my growing groundpounder parts 3000 @ 2ohms sounds NICE!
-
universal is if you want to change the voice coils from say a 1 ohm to 2 you can do that. if you dont select that option you are forever stuck with that ohm coil and if you get cooling, it comes with p chamfer

the car was towed in, no owner present. but it was an old man dont know the age and there is a handicapped plate on the car.theres about maybe a foot between the headrest and roof from eating some headliner from the drivers seat and there is a bag of oldies cd's from circuit city so he was prolly messin with the radio and BAM! there is a few blood drops on the seat and carpet but nothing big and no impact spatters, he might have just cut his arm on the glass
-
they sent it to us for an estimate. if its over a certain percent of the value of the total car it will be totalled and we are hoping it will get totalled. but being an 06 and low miles there is a chance it might not total. it is all fixable though. we will give a written estimate. then we will tear it apart as open the doors and such for more damage and then they will decide. if it totals, it goes to auction
-
thats a very stupid 1st post. go here find the 18" sub that suits you. add the options you want if any and you will get a price https://ssl.perfora.net/www.ficaraudio.com/...view.shopscript

you would prolly spend more getting it shipped to you than buying it from the store. solder is real cheap. i still crimp wires though. not everyone has a crimper big enough to do 4-0 guage wire but i have one, and it makes some crimps that wont come loose and its just as good as solder. to each his own though

as for orange peel. its when the clear hardens, it doesnt totally lay flat. has a look of an orange rine. slightly lumpy. you fix this by polishing the car and it smooths the clear out and shines it real nice as you can see how the light is blinging off the car. he spotted some orange peel under the bumper below the exhaust tip. cant afford the car but can pick it apart. also manny drives these cars alot he just dont buy them and put them in a garage so you have to expect some wear and tear you can see a nic on this rim

i work at a bodyshop, do a lil bodywork and a lil painting when needed but my main thing is professional detailing. Im better than a huge detailing company with over 25ppl doing there cars and i got that from many ppl people. i got that info b/c when i was busy we sent a few ppl to a very reputable detailer and they come back complaining so i had to pull there weight but right behind my shop is "Tunes Car Stereo" as heard in many older cash money songs. i hang out over there quite a bit during work, b/c i have a friend there and when the owner found out i detail cars he calls me over evey now and then to fix some cars on the show floor without rewashing them and crap. Manny Fresh always seems to have something nice there i usually do a free job for them and leave all the shop bought supplies there and when i need something i get it free and a real nice discount. like the otherday i brought the owner some crap to clean these expensive leather seats, hes like what you need. i walked away with about 14ft of 4guage wire, he said letme know what else you need(thats all I asked for) and that went to the big 3 on my isuzu

What's The Deal?

i had a problem similar in a 91 bronco 2. the highs overpowered the sub. turns out you had to turn the bass all the way up on the H.U. for it to really slam but it put all the bass into the highs also. so without some bass blocker things it was pointless...zero bass on the H.u. barely moved the sub other than that i dunno -
Bad Luck

i told the cop, i said the only way this truck will peel tire is if its rainging, i put wide tires on and they dont peel out, go ahead and check them, there not sticky when he told me to go, hes like im just gonna give you a warning, now get out of here. i nicely asked, could you at least take the handcuffs off. then he asked the other cop for the key, what kind of cop carries cuffs without keys
