  1. Alpha,.. that is wicked nice.... i still think the OP will be ok with what im understand he is doing... Id get it rolling,.... and see what happens... and go from there..

Shit,.. forgot what i really wanted to say. If you end up going the fan, or multiple fan route.... check out Ce Auto supply here... I use one of Tony's deluxe remote kits... uses a top of the line relay, is KISS (keep it simple stupid) to hook up and use.....and its perfect in every way... it will (safely) turn on a ba-gillion amps/fans/leds/you moms waffle maker/ whatever.....

link to the relays if anyone was looking for them

  2. Do this, 4 on each side pulling air across the amp, Berger did this on both of my cactus 12ks

    ^^^ Do that.

Don't do the A/C idea. A/C has moisture in the air and it will condensate on your amps and most likely blow them or throw them into protect.

so having the ac on in my truck is bad for my amp since it's in the cab of my truck? He doesn't have to put the a/c duct directly on top of the amp....just entering the space back there to keep the temp down

  3. always predrill. mdf splits very easily. when predrilling, choose a drill bit that is the size of the shank of the screw. i always assemble the box on top of the bottom plate and build up. its easiest to put the back of the box on last. that way you can silicone the edges on the baffle, then assemble the back wall and you can easily reach the back plate's edges from the sub cutouts.

wouldnt you want to put the top on last, that was you have access to everything? not the back on last

top or back could be the same thing in some boxes...just depends how you have the subs oriented
