guys help me out real quick. My DC serp pulley came in the mail, but it didn't have the usual design milled into it, so I figured I would do my best to make it look factory milled.

On a scale of 1-to-Fresh of the factory Floor, how good do you think it looks?

Spent about 4 hours to get it right. If I hadn't said anything, would you be able to tell it was a custom job?

how's your voltage.....as long as I stay above 13v or so I'm good

start playing hard into upper 12's and I can get a little bit of smell

aren't you suppose to also let it sit not charging and disconnected from other batteries for 24hrs before checking resting voltage? at least ive seen that mentioned somewhere on this forum.

12.5 is good imo, better then non agm batts that sit around 12.2-12.4

The 2 alts running the 16v with a stock for the rest is the way to do it, no stepdown modules to mess with.

Idk I always hear a lot more problems with 16v vs 12v setups.

Either way would work and be good really

belt wont really slip at freeway speeds....shouldn't be charging that low, probably an alternator problem especially since you're saying the belt was tight
