^^^ I second the statement that every damn kid drives these cars like theyre going out of style, idk alot of those kids just ruin the rep of the car, i love my car and drive it respectfully, its not crazy fast but it holds its own(big turbo on the way) but thats the main reason people talk shit about the Srt4 is because of the reputation it has set out via other drivers being douche canoes in them...oh well haha theres always a bigger badass! All in all its still a neon hahaha

im an owner of an 05 orange blast srt man any questions you can pm me and ill help you out, but as far as the CEL being on, you can cycle the key on and off 3 times and it will display the code in the Odometer display, write those codes down and reference them from srtforums.com those guys in there are WICKED helpful and can answer any question you may have as well...but if he has a Stage 1 PCM, it will automatically dumb out the downstream O2 sensor, although it still needs to be hooked up due to the computer needing to see the resisance from the Sensor, im running a full 3" Modern Performance Side Exit Exhaust with no cat and i have no CELs..so its possible the code may be from something else if hes got a Stage 1 PCM, but who knows its hard to find a well taken care of Srt nowadays. im going with a single Treo SSp 15.22, i thought i had put that in there but i was wrong, ill edit it, however its going in the trunk of my 05 Neon Srt-4 i know it fits, ive had a 4 cube box with 2 12s in it already so thats not an issue.. The amp im using is a hifonics brz2100, for now until i can get an AQ1200 or something along those lines..

Ok guys im buying a new woofer for my car and am looking at the Treo SSp, my cousin is a dealer for Treo out here in AZ so as you can imagine i get good pricing...The sub will fire upwards and the port backward. Sub: 1 Treo SSp 15.22 Amp: Hifonics BRZ2100 (for now) now i just have a couple questions: 1) How good are the Treo woofers, ive had no experience with Treo's so i would like some insight from you guys and most of the reading ive done is that it IS in fact a good Company/Woofer, however would like a few more opinions to sway my decision.. 2) The box im going to be building is where im kinda confused. With me having no experience with the Treo's, should i go with what the Rec Enclosure is off of Treo's Spec Sheets? (3cf^3) i can fit 4 cubes in car max, im just not sure if i should stick with what they say or go a little bigger...say...3.5-3.8??? Also take a look at these and make sure IF you guys reccommend going with a bigger enclosure if these will work and what will work better...

i know you said you have checked and re-done your grounds, however have you checked to see if the ground is good with a DMM??? I was having a problem, with my RF t400-4 and it would randomly cut out, only on higher volumes, i swore up and down everything was good and was about to deem the amp faulty, then i checked the grounds with a DMM, and sure as shit, they came loose... Im sure you know, but if you dont, heres how you check, instead of probing your wires with the Ground probe to ground and positive to positive, take your positive probe and probe the ground wire, and negative probe and probe the positive wire...that will tell you if you have a bad ground or not.

The power light on the amp DOES stay lit...doesnt go in to protect or thermal at all... my power source for the relay is straight to the battery under the hood... maybe my amp is going bad???

im sure its not an impedance issue, all speakers are wired at 4 ohms...well time to run a bigger wire...i foresee 2 runs of 12 gauge in my near future lol...take it from there and see what happens... irritating....im waiting for my kinetik to get here so i can get it in there..well hell lol

all the grounds are nuts and bolts through the floor with paint removed on both sides...0 gauge wire from front battery to distro block, 0 gauge to mono block...4 gauge to T400.... I DO HAVE the relay mod at the headunit with wire from battery running inside for an insured 12v source.... I was at the amps as it was "shutting down" and the power light stays lit..does NOT go in to protect or thermal...which is why this is confusing....

ok guys...i have a weee dillema... Just put my BRZ2100 in my car the other night...sounds amazing with great output...also have a RF T400.4... now the problem...start playin some tunes, turn the bass knob up, bump for a minute, then all the sudden...all the door speakers shut down and nothing but bass... I had my digi mm, on it the other night and was reading the voltage and both amps are carrying the same voltage, i then moved the REM wires and the 4 channel remote wire reads 10.8 then when bass drops it goes below 9v(obviously a problem)...the mono blocks REM wire is daisy chained off the 4 channel... the voltage on both amps on the power wire are both at 13.5 BUTTTTT i have a relay on the remote wire in hopes that it would solve the issue and give a steady current to both amps...well thats NOT the case...it still does it... Do I run 2 seperate Remote wires from the relay back to each amp?? Run a bigger gauge remote wire??? all input is highly appreciated!!!

ok so ive read that the BL and XL are going to be my best choices?? both are damn good woofers, the SSD I have now is pretty loud...sounds clean, i just want more...is the BL going to be the winner as far as SQ/SPL goes??
