usually if you have a 3 rca inputs, front, rear, sub. the hpf will keep anything below that cetain number you set from playing through the front and rear, not the sub out

Shipping probably would be 3/4 of payment for someone else to recone. Locally around here u can get someone to recone for around 40-50

But pricing on recone kits vary on the model and upgrades
