You can also get these inline noise filters from Meijers, some walmarts, or other local stores and any auto part stores.

Black wire is any ground available. The red and blue wires is soldered inline with the yellow 12 v constant wire closest to the headunit. Preferably at the radio wire harness.

I've had the same problem with my pioneer headunit. Every thing you tried, I have tried as well. but still failed to fix the noise. Until I used an inline power noise filter. I just matched up the fuse rating to the headunit and bought the one closest to the fusing.
