  1. So should I wait for these to come out or just get the regular ones for my build, 4 8' under seat in truck
  2. I checked it out.. Nice and clean installs! U do a lot of installs like the local car stereo and also carry the same brands.. U don't think adding 4 sa 8 would sound better? But for him to build be a box I am looking at around $600.. Ouch
  3. Nope, the space the person is willing to give up is the first determining factor. If he can only fit 8's where he wants to put his subs then that would narrow the options down a lot. If he was willing to give up his back seats and do a wall he would have many more options, such as two 15's or four 12's, etc. What i'm saying is you can't just decide you want an 18 but then you find out you only have room for a 12 in your available space. Yes i know, the OP said he wants to get 8's under the seat since that is probably the only option in that case. OP, i recommend as many sundown sa-8's you can fit in there. They have proved themselves to be great subs at a nice price. That was my second guess.. I was looking at this http://sundownaudio.com/index.php/rides/customer-rides/item/cody-eastman-2000-sierra.html?category_id=9 Shit looks nutty..
  4. That's true kinda pricey, And about power well with the w7 I was thinking 500rms but not sure EXACTLY on what subs... Maybe from 500 rms to 1500 rms..
  5. Wats up peoples, I am kinda new to the stereo theme' I currently have 2 re se 10" for my 99 gmc Sierra extended cab.. Soo I am looking to upgrade to more BASS.. Ive been looking at lot of my local car stereo guys band pass boxes and they hit insane with no distortion what so ever. http://thecarstereoguys.com/AVALANCHE.HTML He is only running 300 watts rms person and inside it's hitting CRAZY But I am not so sure if I want to give up space in the back Or I was thinking 2 8" w7 facing outwards under the seat or 4 of them... So I wat I am wondering wat do u guys think is good??? I want DEEP BASS but not sure wat would be better.. Pls lmk your guys opinion.... Gracias
  6. Gotcha! Thanks for the info, might as well go big or go home right??
  7. klmx wire is like running pepsi cans its aluminun ive had their 1/0 gauge, ide rather buy 3 amp kits from walmart and save 20 bucks plus its copper False. And i gurantee you've never ran it just read what people say. Sure theres better out there but scohse from walmart no. And what are you going to do with 3 kits? i bought 50foot from them quite awile ago I've seen the scosche and its reallyi thick..that's why it was one of my options
  8. Okay... Around Joe much $$$$ for the xs?
  9. 6 gauge, shouldn't It be 0 gauge, Yea that's why I want the 0 gauge for the big 3,, but I don't want go get shitty wire u know what I . Mean
  10. Hahaha Should I get an xs or just be alright with an optima?
  11. And scosche is the $5 dollar per foot plus tax one lol, hifonics 1600 powering 2 re se 10" , for some reason since I installed new components the bass isn't hitting as hard and it's kindA flat.. So that's why I m thinking about the extra battery in the back
  12. wire can be had at any local welding shop, ring terminals can be bought at ace hardware,as for a battery i would just get a optima yellow top from costco, there return policy is forever My local shops are ridiculous $5 the foot and tax it Very true on the optima, but do u think that would be good enough... Like there will be a difference???
