My neighbor got a new Pontiac Firebird and had a Complete Pioneer system installed in his car ...
Wanting to say he had a pair of 10s in that back deck like shown earlier in this thread.
It wasn't necessarily the bass that drew my attention, but those T Tops out cruzin to "Money for nothing" is still stuck in my mind today !!!
This was back in 85 when I first got my license. Been hooked ever since.

There are still mfg's making amps in the US, such as Linear Power...but you'd better have a fat wallet...the LP2250 (250x2 at 4 ohms) goes for nearly $2000
... there is also a LP2400 in the works. Yes, that's 400wpc x 2 at 4 ohms !!! Can't wait to see this on the amp dyno.

The epicenter is not an amplifier that makes power. It is a processor. Not something you can dyno test that I know of ...

Are you venting into the doors ??
No, just a sealed pod. I want to see how it sounds first, and if needed I'll vent into the door. It will be SoundQubed's pro audio mids, with their component level tweeters. Do you think the mid will be better off vented into the doors?
Mine were vented into the door, but I worked hard on sealing up and rattle proofing my doors too. Sounded great.

What are your goals with your system ??? Are you running class A/B or class D power ???
